 CONDITION(S):
 1. WINDOWS #17 SHALL HAVE 6/1, #18 SHALL HAVE 4/1,
 WINDOWS #19/#20 SHALL HAVE 6/1 OR MATCH EXISTING.
 2. ALL WINDOWS SHALL HAVE PGT?S RAISED MUNTIN PROFILE.
 3. ALL WINDOWS SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE ORIGINAL FRAME
 OPENING AND MATCH THE INSET/LOCATION/PLACEMENT/DEPTH OF
 THE ORIGINAL WINDOWS. ALL EXISTING MULLIONS SHALL
 REMAIN OR BE REPLACED WITH A MULLION OF MATCHING WIDTH.
 4. ALL STREET FACING GLASS SHALL HAVE CLEAR GLASS ONLY.
 NO LOW-E OR TINT. ALL NON-STREET FACING GLASS SHALL
 HAVE CLEAR GLASS OR CLEAR GLASS WITH LOW-E COATING. A
 NON-STREET FACING BATHROOM MAY HAVE OBSCURED TEXTURED
 GLASS.
  
 STAFF RECOMMENDS RECYCLING, DONATING, OR STORING ON
 SITE THE WOOD SASHES THAT WILL BE REMOVED AS A PART OF
 THIS PROJECT.
