| PERMIT-01091471, HOWEVER THE DRAWING APPEARS TO |
| INDICATE THAT THE MASTER BATHROOM WAS DESIGNED AS A |
| TYPE B BECAUSE GREATER ACCESS IS PROVIDED TO THE |
| TUB/SHOWER UNIT. BECAUSE IT IS THIS TUB/SHOWER UNIT |
| BEING CONVERTED TO A SHOWER, THE REQUIRED CLEAR FLOOR |
| 30?X 48? CLEAR FLOOR SPACE FOR WHEELCHAIR APPROACH MUST |
| BE MAINTAINED. AS REQUESTED IN COMMENT #1 PROVIDE AN |
| ENLARGED DRAWING OF THE SHOWER THAT INCLUDES THE |
| DIMENSIONS OF THE SHOWER AND THE REQUIRED CLEAR FLOOR |
| SPACE DIAGRAM AND DIMENSION- REFER TO SEE REQUIRMENT 7 |
| AND FIGURE 7D FOR GUIDANCE. COMPLIANCE ALSO REQUIRES |
| THAT BACKING FOR FUTURE GRAB BAR INSTALLATIONS BE |
| PROVIDED ? REFER TO FIGURE 5 AND PROVIDE DIMENSIONED |
| SIDE AND BACK ELEVATION VIEWS OF THE SHOWER WALLS |

| A SIGNED AND NOTARIZED AFFIDAVIT WHICH WOULD INDICATE |
| ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT THE PROPOSED DESIGN DOES NOT MEET |
| THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FAIR HOUSING ACCESSIBILITY |
| GUIDELINES, BUT WILL ALSO REQUIRE THE OWNER TO AGREE TO |
