 PLAN REVIEW RESULTS: DENIED.
  
 1) PROVIDE SANITARY ISOMETRIC AND WATER RISER DRAWINGS-
 SECTIONS 107.3.5.3 AND 107.2.1 WPB. PLEASE NOTE THE
 WATER RISER SHALL SHOW PIPE SIZES, AND THE LOCATIONS OF
 ALL SHUTOFF VALVES AND DEVICES SUCH AS WATER HAMMER
 ARRESTORS AND BACKFLOW PREVENTERS WHERE REQUIRED- REFER
 TO SECTIONS P2902.3 AND P2903.5 FBC RES. THE SANITARY
 RISER SHALL SHOW DWV PIPE SIZES AND LOCATIONS OF
 REQUIRED CLEANOUTS.
  
 2) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE WATER SERVICE
 BACKFLOW PREVENTER, NATURAL GAS PIPING INSTALLATIONS,
 THE BACKUP UNDERGROUND LP GAS TANK, AND THE IRRIGATION
 SYSTEM. PLEASE PLACE NOTES ON THE PLAN TO CLARIFY THE
 SCOPE OF WORK UNDER THIS PERMIT- SECTION 107.2.1 WPB.
  
 3) SHEET C-101: PLEASE NOTE UPON COMPLETION OF THE NEW
 STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEMS AS SHOWN ON THE PLAN A
 CERTIFICATION FROM A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE INSPECTOR IN ORDER TO RECEIVE FINAL
 APPROVAL- SECTION 110.9 IMPACT OF CONSTRUCTION WPB. IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH NOTE 1 ON SHEET C-100, A COMPLETE SET
 OF SIGNED AND SEALED AS-BUILT DRAWINGS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED BY THE FL. LICENSED SURVEYOR.
  
 4) THE ROOF DRAINAGE SYSTEMS SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH SECTIONS R903.4.1 FBC RES AND 1101.2 FBC P:
 A) VERIFY THE ROOF IS DESIGNED FOR THE MAXIMUM POSSIBLE
 DEPTH OF WATER THAT WILL POND THEREON AS DETERMINED BY
 THE RELATIVE LEVELS OF ROOF DECK AND OVERFLOW WEIRS,
 SCUPPERS, EDGES OR SERVICEABLE DRAINS IN COMBINATION
 WITH THE DEFLECTED STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS. IN DETERMINING
 THE MAXIMUM POSSIBLE DEPTH OF WATER, ALL PRIMARY ROOF
 DRAINAGE MEANS SHALL BE ASSUMED TO BE BLOCKED- SECTION
 1101.7.
 B) PROVIDE THE ROOF DRAIN FLOW RATE BASED ON SECTION
 1105.2, AND CALCULATIONS FOR SIZING THE PRIMARY AND
 EMERGENCY VERTICAL CONDUCTORS AND LEADERS AND
 HORIZONTAL BRANCHES BASED ON SECTIONS 1106.1, FIGURE
 1106.1 AND SECTION 1108.3. PROVIDE A STORM DRAIN PIPE
 SIZING SCHEDULE BASED ON TABLE 1106.2, AND VERTICAL
 LEADER AND HORIZONTAL GUTTER SCHEDULES BASED ON TABLES
 1106.3 AND 1106.6.
 C) PROVIDE A ROOF DRAIN SCHEDULE ON THE PLAN SHOWING
 THE MAKES AND MODELS OF THE PRIMARY AND EMERGENCY ROOF
 DRAINS, AND SUBMIT PRODUCT SPECIFICATION SHEETS-
 SECTIONS 1102.6 AND 1108.1.
 D) SHOW THE REQUIRED CLEANOUT LOCATIONS ON THE PLUMBING
 PLANS FOR THE SYSTEM. PLEASE NOTE THAT CLEANOUTS ARE
 REQUIRED WHERE THE VERTICAL CONDUCTORS CONNECT WITH THE
 HORIZONTAL BRANCHES, AND ACCESS TO THOSE CLEANOUTS
 SHALL BE PROVIDED- SEE SECTIONS 1101.8, 708.1.4,
 708.1.10 FBC P AND P3005.2.4, AND P3005.2.10 FBC RES.
 E) PROVIDE A RISER DRAWING FOR THE ROOF DRAINAGE
 SYSTEM- SECTION 107.3.5.3 FBC RES.
 F) PROVIDE A ROOF DRAINAGE TESTING PROCEDURE ON THE
 PLANS PER SECTION 1101.4 FBC P.
  
 5) SHEET P-100: AS NOTED IN COMMENT #2 THE UG LP TANK
 SHALL BE UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 TANK SHALL BE ANCHORED AGAINST FLOTATION- SECTION
 6.8.1.6 NFPA 58. AND VEHICULAR BARRIER PROTECTION SHALL
 BE PROVIDED FOR CONTAINER'S FITTING HOUSING, HOUSING
 COVER, CONTAINER CONNECTIONS, AND PIPING- SECTION
 6.8.6.1- NFPA 58.
  
 6) P-100: THE 1-1/2 WATER SERVICE LINE BY THE SOUTH
 GARAGE IS MISLABELED AS A 4" SANITARY. PLEASE CORRECT
 AND SHOW THE CORRECT LOCATION OF THE 4" SANITARY-
 SECTION 107.2.1 WPB.
