 1) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA ONLY PERMIT
 FASCIA IDENTITY SIGNS IF CITYPLACE RETAIL, LLC, HAS
 PROVIDED WRITTEN WAIVER I APPROVAL WITH THE PERMITS
 SUBMITTAL.
  
 2) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA PERMIT A
 MAXIMUM LETTER HEIGHT OF 18 INCHES FOR A FASCIA
 IDENTITY SIGN UNLESS CITYPLACE RETAIL IS GRANTED A
 WAIVER II (MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT) BY THE
 CITY. THE WAIVER II MAY INCREASE THE SIGNS DIMENSION BY
 UP TO 25 PERCENT, SO THE LETTER HEIGHT COULD THEN BE 22
 INCHES TALL AS SHOWN.
  
 3) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT SIGNS ARE MOUNTED WITHIN THE LEASE LINES. PROVIDE
 VERIFICATION THAT THE SIGN LOCATION ABOVE THE
 PEDESTRIAN ARCADE IS WITHIN THE BRIO LEASE LINES. THE
 DIMENSION LINE FOR BRIO IS SHOWN PAST THE WALL OF THE
 STOREFRONT AND INCLUDING THE ARCADE. UNLESS THE LEASE
 LINE IS SHOWN INCLUDING THE AREA COVERED BY THE ARCADE,
 THE DIMENSION LINE NEEDS TO BE REDUCED TO SHOW ONLY THE
 LEASE AREA (NOT THE ARCADE).
  
 3) THE CURRENT ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA
 REQUIRE THAT FASCIA IDENTITY SIGNS ARE LOCATED ABOVE OR
 ADJACENT TO ENTRIES OR STOREFRONTS ONLY. THE PROPOSED
 SIGN IS LOCATED OVER THE PEDESTRIAN ARCADE. IF THIS
 AREA IS WITHIN THE LEASE LINE (SEE COMMENT #3) THEN
 CITYPLACE RETAIL, LLC, MAY GRANT A WAIVER I (WRITTEN
 APPROVAL) TO PERMIT THE ALTERNATE PLACEMENT OF THE SIGN
 NOT ABOVE OR ADJACENT TO ENTRIES OR STOREFRONT.
  
 4) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT FASCIA IDENTITY SIGNS MAY NOT EXCEED 40% OF THE
 WIDTH OF THE AVAILABLE AREA, WHICH IS BETWEEN THE TWO
 COLUMNS. PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE.
  
 5) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA PERMIT A
 FASCIA IDENTITY SIGNS TO HAVE A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 16
 FEET FROM FINISHED GRADE. PROVIDE THE DIMENSION LINE TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE. NOTE: ADDING THE PROVIDED DIMENSIONS
 SHOWS THAT IT EXCEEDS 16 FEET.
  
 6) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT REVERSE CHANNEL LETTERS ARE FABRICATED OUT OF
 ALUMINUM WITH A MINIMUM METAL THICKNESS OF .060 INCHES.
 PROVIDE THE INFORMATION TO VERIFY THIS REQUIREMENT ON
 THE PLANS.
  
 7) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE THE
 STUD MOUNTS TO BE SERIES 316 STAINLESS STEEL ANCHOR
 BOLTS. PROVIDE VERIFICATION OF THIS REQUIREMENT ON THE
 PLANS.
  
 8) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE THE
 SPACERS FOR THE STUD MOUNTS TO BE PAINTED THE COLOR OF
 THE WALL. PROVIDE VERIFICATION OF THIS REQUIREMENT ON
 THE PLANS.
  
 9) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRES
 THAT ALL CONDUIT, JUNCTION BOXES, TRANSFORMERS AND
 OTHER NECESSARY EQUIPMENT IS CONCEALED AND NOT VISIBLE
 TO THE PUBLIC. PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE POWER
 SUPPLY BOX AND ITS RELATED COMPONENTS MEET THIS
 REQUIREMENT. IT APPEARS THEY ARE MOUNTED TO THE INSIDE
 OF THE WALL AND VISIBLE TO THE PEDESTRIAN ARCADE.
  
 PERMITTED: UNKNOWN
 PROPOSED: 8.63 SF
  
 STAFF HAS NOTED THAT THE SIGN IS ALREADY INSTALLED, SO
 THE PENALTY FEE FOR INSTALLING THE SIGN WITHOUT A
 PERMIT HAS BEEN ADDED.
