2020-09-17 11:42:11THIS PLAN FOR THE PHASED OCCUPANCY IS FAILED BY RICHARD
 GATHRIGHT, ASSISTANT BUILDING OFFICIAL, WITH THE
 FOLLOWING COMMENTS.
 1. ALL LIFE SAFETY MUST BE IN PLACE, INSPECTED AND
 APPROVED PRIOR TO ANY OCCUPANCY. EXPLAIN HOW YOU WILL
 BE ABLE TO DIVIDE THE PROPOSED OCCUPIED AREA FROM THE
 CONSTRUCTION AREA IN TERMS OF THE SPRINKLER AND ALARM
 SYSTEMS.
 2. IT APPEARS THAT YOU ARE PROPOSING PHASE 1 OCCUPANCY
 TO BE THE SOUTH WING OF THE BUILDING ALL FLOORS AND THE
 PARKING GARAGE. PHASE 2/3 OCCUPANCY WILL BE THE
 APARTMENTS THAT WRAP AROUND THE GARAGE ALL FLOORS.
 3. YOU ARE PROPOSING STAIRS 1 AND 5 WILL BE USED BY THE
 APARTMENTS IN THE SOUTH WING OF THE BUILDING. STAIRS 5
 AND 4 WILL BE USED BY THE PARKING GARAGE
 4. BY STAIR 4 ON GROUND FLOOR IT APPEARS THAT YOU MAY
 HAVE CREATED A DEAD END BY BLOCKING OFF DOOR
 5. PROVIDE A NARRATIVE OF YOUR INTENTIONS TO OCCUPY THE
 BUILDING IN PHASES.
 6. WHERE IS YOUR LEASING OFFICE AND HOW DO YOU PLAN TO
 HAVE THE PUBLIC HAVE ACCESS TO THE LEASING OFFICE?
 WHERE IS THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING FOR THE LEASING OFFICE?
 7. EGRESS OUT OF THE CONSTRUCTION AREA MUST BE
 MAINTAINED FOR CONSTRUCTION AS WELL AS PROVIDING THE
 REQUIRED EXITING FOR THE APARTMENTS
