 TIME AND ADDITIONAL PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS MAY BE
 GENERATED UPON THE RE-REVIEW OF SUBMITTED CORRECTIONS.
  
 1. THE PLUMBING RISER DIAGRAM IS MISSING WASHING
 MACHINE AS IT HAS BEEN MOVED TO BACK OF HOUSE, PLEASE
 PROVIDE AN ISOMETRIC DRAWING AND INCLUDE ALL NEW
 PLUMING WORK AS REQUIRED PER THE WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FBC SEC. 107.3.5.3 (11) RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING.
  
 2. ONE PLUMBING PAGE 3 OF 4 UNDER NOTES IT REFERS FBC
 2018, PLEASE REFER TO THE CORRECT CODE WHICH IS 2017
 FBC RESIDENTIAL CODE 6 TH EDITION PER THE WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC. 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
  
 3. CLEAN OUT REQUIRED ON ISOMETRIC EXITING THE BUILDING
 ON PLUMBING PAGE 3 OF 4 PER THE 201 FBC R 3005.2.3
 BUILDING DRAIN AND BUILDING SEWER JUNCTION.
  
 4. ON PLUMBING PAGE 3 OF 4 THE ISOMETRIC DRAWING FOR
 THE BATHROOM GROUP THERE SHOULD BE A VENT BETWEEN THE
 TOILET AND SHOWER PER THE 2017 FBC SEC. R 3101.2 TRAP
 SEAL PROTECTION.
  
 5. SLAB DETAIL MAY BE REQUIRED FOR CUTTING OF FLOORS,
 PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL THAT CONFORMS WITH THE
 FOLLOWING.
  
 SHOW THE WIDTH OF THE REPAIR, THE MINIMUM THICKNESS OF
 THE CONCRETE TO BE REPLACED, AND THE PSI OF THE
 CONCRETE. SHOW THE SIZE AND LENGTH OF THE DOWELS, THE
 MINIMUM EMBEDMENT DEPTH INTO THE EXISTING SLAB, THE
 ANCHORING MATERIAL FOR THE DOWELS AND THE SPACING OF
 THE DOWELS ON CENTER. THE REPAIR SHALL ALSO INCLUDE
 TERMITE TREATMENT OF THE SOIL AND THE REQUIRED VAPOR
 BARRIER OVER WELL-COMPACTED SOIL. A COPY OF THE TERMITE
 CERTIFICATE SHALL BE ONSITE FOR A FINAL INSPECTION.
  
 2017 FBC-RESIDENTIAL SECTION R318.1.1. IF SOIL
 TREATMENT IS USED FOR SUBTERRANEAN TERMITE PREVENTION,
 THE INITIAL CHEMICAL SOIL TREATMENT INSIDE THE
 FOUNDATION PERIMETER SHALL BE DONE AFTER ALL
 EXCAVATION, BACKFILLING AND COMPACTION IS COMPLETE.
  
 2017 FBC-RESIDENTIAL SECTION R402.2. CONCRETE SHALL
 HAVE A MINIMUM SPECIFIED COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH OFF ?C,
 AS SHOWN IN TABLE R402.2. CONCRETE SUBJECT TO MODERATE
 OR SEVERE WEATHERING AS INDICATED IN TABLE R301.2(1)
 SHALL BE AIR ENTRAINED AS SPECIFIED IN TABLE R402.2.
 THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT OF FLY ASH, OTHER POZZOLANS, SILICA
 FUME, SLAG OR BLENDED CEMENTS THAT IS INCLUDED IN
 CONCRETE MIXTURES FOR GARAGE FLOOR SLABS AND FOR
 EXTERIOR PORCHES, CARPORT SLABS AND STEPS THAT WILL BE
 EXPOSED TO DEICING CHEMICALS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE
 PERCENTAGES OF THE TOTAL WEIGHT OF CEMENTITIOUS
 MATERIALS SPECIFIED IN SECTION 19.3.3.4 OF ACI 318.
 MATERIALS USED TO PRODUCE CONCRETE AND TESTING THEREOF
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE APPLICABLE STANDARDS LISTED IN
 CHAPTERS 19 AND 20 OF ACI 318 OR ACI 332.
  
 2017 FBC-RESIDENTIAL SECTION R404.1.3.3.7.1. STEEL
 REINFORCEMENT SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 ASTM A615, A706, OR A996. ASTM A996 BARS PRODUCED FROM
 RAIL STEEL SHALL BE TYPE R. IN BUILDINGS ASSIGNED TO
 SEISMIC DESIGN CATEGORY A, B OR C, THE MINIMUM YIELD
 STRENGTH OF REINFORCING STEEL SHALL BE 40,000 PSI
 (GRADE 40) (276 MPA). IN BUILDINGS ASSIGNED TO SEISMIC
 DESIGN CATEGORY D0, D1 OR D2, REINFORCING STEEL SHALL
 COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF ASTM A706 FOR LOW-ALLOY
 STEEL WITH A MINIMUM YIELD STRENGTH OF 60,000 PSI
 (GRADE 60) (414 MPA).
  
 2017 FBC-RESIDENTIAL SECTION R501.2 REQUIREMENTS. FLOOR
 CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE CAPABLE OF ACCOMMODATING ALL
 LOADS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION R301 AND OF
 TRANSMITTING THE RESULTING LOADS TO THE SUPPORTING
 STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS.
  
 2017 FBC-RESIDENTIAL SECTION R506.1 GENERAL. CONCRETE
 SLAB-ON-GROUND FLOORS SHALL BE DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF ACI 332 AND THIS
 SECTION. FLOORS SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 3 1/2 INCHES (89
 MM) THICK (FOR EXPANSIVE SOILS, SEE SECTION R403.1.8).
 THE SPECIFIED COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH OF CONCRETE SHALL BE
 AS SET FORTH IN SECTION R402.2.
  
 2017 FBC-RESIDENTIAL SECTION R506.2.3 VAPOR RETARDER A
 6-MIL (0.006 INCHES; 152 ?M) POLYETHYLENE OR APPROVED
 VAPOR RETARDER WITH JOINTS LAPPED NOT LESS THAN 6
 INCHES (152 MM) SHALL BE PLACED BETWEEN THE CONCRETE
 FLOOR SLAB AND THE BASE COURSE OR THE PREPARED SUBGRADE
 WHERE NO BASE COURSE EXISTS.
 EXCEPTION: THE VAPOR RETARDER IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THE
 FOLLOWING:
 1. GARAGES, UTILITY BUILDINGS, AND OTHER UNHEATED
 ACCESSORY STRUCTURES.
 2. FOR UNHEATED STORAGE ROOMS HAVING AN AREA OF LESS
 THAN 70 SQUARE FEET (6.5 M2) AND CARPORTS.
 3. DRIVEWAYS, WALKS, PATIOS AND OTHER FLATWORK NOT
 LIKELY TO BE ENCLOSED AND HEATED AT A LATER DATE.
 4. WHERE APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, BASED ON
 LOCAL SITE CONDITIONS.
  
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION, MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
