 2. THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH HAS NO RECORD OF ANY
 PERMIT FOR THE REAR STRUCTURE. ALL WORK WILL BE
 CONSIDERED NEW AND EVALUATED FOR CODE COMPLIANCE AND
 LIFE SAFETY. WOULD YOU PLEASE PROVIDE UNDER CODES, THE
 YEAR, PLUMBING REFERENCED USED PER THE WPB AMENDMENTS
 TO THE FBC SEC. 101.4 REFERENCED CODES?
  
 3. WOULD YOU PLEASE PROVIDE A PLUMBING ISOMETRIC RISER
 DIAGRAM SANITARY AND WATER PER THE WPB AMENDMENTS TO
 THE FBC SEC. 107.3.5.3 (12) RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING?
  
 4. WOULD YOU PLEASE PROVIDE A SOURCE OF HOT WATER PER
 THE 2020 FBC R 2722.2 HOT WATER?
  
 5. THE WATER CLOSET HAS A LAV IN FRONT OF IT, AND THERE
 SHALL BE A CLEARANCE OF NOT LESS THAN 21 INCHES
 CLEARANCE PER THE 2020 FBC SEC. R P2705.1 (5).
  
 6. THERE IS NO VALUE LISTED ON THE PLUMBING
 SUB-APPLICATION, AND THE OVERALL VALUE IS LOW. WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMITS
 VALUATIONS. SUPPOSE, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF THE BUILDING,
 ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR
 PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE
 APPLICATION. IN THAT CASE, THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED
 UNLESS THE APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED QUANTITY
 ESTIMATES OR BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS (EXCLUDING LAND
 VALUE) TO MEET THE APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, THE VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN
 FEES, MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD, AND PROFIT, EXCLUDING
 ONLY LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE
 LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST
 ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS
 PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. THE FINAL
 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS, PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY NECESSARY PAGES.
 A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION,
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP EXPEDITE YOUR
