 ON THE PLANS. FBC 107.2.1
  
 3) VERIFY THAT THE TENANT SEPARATION WALLS ON EACH SIDE
 OF THE SPACE ARE 2 HOUR FIRE RESISTIVE RATED. FBC 706
  
 4) THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION FOR THIS BUILDING IS
 SPECIFIED AS TYPE V ON SHEET LS.100. SPECIFY IF IT IS
 TYPE V-A OR V-B CONSTRUCTION. BASED ON MY RESEARCH THIS
 SPACE IS LOCATED IN A 14,400 SQUARE FOOT WAREHOUSE
 BUILDING. IT IS LOCATED IN BUILDING #4 IN A GROUP OF
 OTHER WAREHOUSE BUILDINGS. THE ORIGINAL OCCUPANCY WAS
 BUSINESS AND WAREHOUSE. IT DOES NOT APPEAR THAT THIS
 BUILDING IS TYPE V CONSTRUCTION. PLEASE VERIFY THE
 CONSTRUCTION TYPE. FBC 601
  
 5) ONE SHEET LS.100 YOU HAVE INCLUDED THE CELLAR AND
 BAR SERVICE AREAS WITH THE F-2 OCCUPANCY. IT APPEARS
 THAT THE BAR SERVICE AREA AND POSSIBLY THE CELLAR AREA
 SHOULD BE INCLUDED WITH THE A2 OCCUPANCY. PLEASE
 CLARIFY THE INTENDED USE OF THE CELLAR. EXPLAIN WHY THE
 BAR SERVICE AREA AND THE CELLAR SHOULD NOT BE PART OF
 THE ASSEMBLY AREA.
  
 6) THE SECTION THAT ALLOWS ASSEMBLY AREAS WITH AN
 OCCUPANT LOAD OF LESS THAN 50 PERSONS TO BE CLASSIFIED
 AS A GROUP B OCCUPANCY DOES NOT ALLOW THE OCCUPANT LOAD
 FOR THE ASSEMBLY AREA TO BE RECALCULATED USING THE
 OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR FOR A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY. THE
 NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS STAYS THE SAME AS CALCULATED FOR AN
 ASSEMBLY AREA. PLEASE CORRECT. FBC 1004 & FBC 303.1.1
 SMALL BUILDINGS AND TENANT SPACES A BUILDING OR TENANT
 SPACE USED FOR ASSEMBLY PURPOSES WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD
 OF LESS THAN 50 PERSONS SHALL BE CLASSIFIED AS A GROUP
 B OCCUPANCY.
  
 7) ON SHEET LS.100 IT IS STATED THAT THE ASSEMBLY
 OCCUPANCY IS ACCESSORY TO THE F-2 OCCUPANCY. FBC
 508.2.3 STATES THAT AGGREGATE ACCESSORY OCCUPANCIES
 SHALL NOT OCCUPY MORE THAN 10 PERCENT OF THE FLOOR AREA
 OF THE STORY IN WHICH THEY ARE LOCATED. SINCE THE FLOOR
 AREA OF THE ASSEMBLY AREAS IS MORE THAN 10 PERCENT THIS
 CAN NOT BE AN ACCESSORY OR ANCILLARY OCCUPANCY. THIS IS
 A MIXED USE OCCUPANCY. YOU WILL NEED TO DETERMINE IF IT
 WILL BE A NON-SEPARATED OCCUPANCY OR A SEPARATED
 OCCUPANCY PER FBC508.3 OR 508.4.
  
 8) ON SHEET LS.100 UNDER EGRESS REQUIREMENTS THE NUMBER
 OF REQUIRED EXITS SPECIFIES FBC 2014 SECTION 1021.2(2).
 PLEASE CORRECT THIS TO REFERENCE THE 2017 FBC AND THE
 APPROPRIATE SECTION.

 OCCUPANCY AND IS TREATED AS NEW CONSTRUCTION FOR THE
 APPLICATION OF ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS. FBC EXISTING
 BUILDING 1006.1 GENERAL. ACCESSIBILITY IN PORTIONS OF
 BUILDINGS UNDERGOING A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION SHALL COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE
