 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 OPENINGS, NOR IF THE UNIT # 506 IS AN INTERIOR UNIT
 WALL ZONE 4 OR AN END UNIT IN ZONE 5 NEITHER NOR DID
 THE CONTRACTOR PROVIDE A FLOOR PLAN OF THE BUILDING AND
 THE RELATIONSHIP OF UNIT 506 WITHIN THE BUILDING TO BE
 ABLE TO DETERMINE WHICH WALL ZONE THIS UNIT IS LOCATED.
  
 2) THE SUBMITTED PRODUCT APPROVALS DID NOT HAVE THE
 FOLLOWING INFORMATION IDENTIFIED. PLEASE
 IDENTIFY(CIRCLE) ON THE PRODUCT APPROVAL BEFORE
 SUBMITTING TO DESIGNER OF RECORD AND BEFORE SUBMISSION
 TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT. FOR ALL PRODUCTS WITH
 GLAZING, PLEASE IDENTIFY (CIRCLE) RTHE OPENING WIDTH &
 HEIGHT, TYPE OF GLAZING, MULLION SIZE, LENGTH IF
 UNREINFORCED OR REINFORCED INFORMATION IF REQUIRED,
 ATTACHMENTS AND ASSOCIATE PRESSURES FOR EACH OPENING
 SIZE. 2017 FBC-B 1405.13.1 INSTALLATION. WINDOWS AND
 DOORS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED
 MANUFACTURER?S INSTRUCTIONS. FASTENER SIZE AND SPACING
 SHALL BE PROVIDED IN SUCH INSTRUCTIONS AND SHALL BE
 CALCULATED BASED ON MAXIMUM LOADS AND SPACING USED IN
 THE TESTS.

 4) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
 PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
