 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. WHEN SUBMITTING FOR A DRIVEWAY PERMIT, PLEASE
 INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL IMPERMEABLE SURFACES
 (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) LOCATED WITHIN THE FRONT YARD
 (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT BUILDING
 FACADE). ADDITIONALLY, A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT WILL NEED
 TO BE ACQUIRED FROM THE CITY?S ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
 (561.494.1040), FOR THE PROPOSED APPROACH EXTENSION.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION 94-482(A):
 REQUIRED OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NON-DUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE.
  
 3. ADDITIONALLY, PERSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR),
 SECTION 94-312(1)(C): PARKING FOR LESS THAN THREE
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS MAY BE ACHIEVED BY
 INSTALLING ACCESS POINTS IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
 1- A SINGLE DRIVEWAY WITH A WIDTH OF NO GREATER THAN 20
 FEET AT THE PROPERTY LINE OR WHERE THE DRIVEWAY ADJOINS
 THE APRON IF THE APRON IS NOT LOCATED WHOLLY WITHIN THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
 2- A CIRCULAR DRIVEWAY PROVIDED THAT EACH DRIVEWAY
 OPENING SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN FEET IN WIDTH AT THE
 PROPERTY LINE OR WHERE THE DRIVEWAY OPENING ADJOINS THE
 APRON IF THE APRON IS NOT LOCATED WHOLLY WITHIN THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
