 CONTRACTOR ABOUT THE REQUIRED 20% DISPROPORTIONATE COST
 LETTER ON THE COMPANY LETTER HEAD AND WHAT ITEMS CAN BE
 INCLUDED UNDER THE 20% DISPROPORTIONATE COST. THE FIRST
 FLOOR SHOWS VARIOUS AREAS WHERE ACCESSIBLE UPGRADES ARE
 GOING TO BE MADE BUT THE 2ND FLOOR DOES SHOW
 ALTERATIONS TO THE 2ND FLOOR. THE RESTROOM 2 AND THE
 PRIVATE BATHROOM AS WELL AS DOORS TO THE RESTROO#2 AND
 PRIVATE BATHROOM.
  
 WHEN YOU REMODEL A ELEMENT AS DOORS AND OR RESTROOMS
 AND OR BATHROOMS THEN THEY HAVE TO BE BROUGHT UP TO THE
 CURRENT CODE STANDARDS. 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE.
 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS,
 COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
 UNDER THE EXISTING BUILDING CODE EACH PORTION OF THIS
 CODE LEVEL I, LEVEL 2 OR LEVEL 3 ALL REFER BACK TO THE
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE. IF ELEMENTS ARE NOT TOUCHED THEN
 THEY CAN STAY AS THEY ARE. THE DISPROPORTIONATE COST
 KICKS IN TRYING TO MAKE THE BUILDING OVER A SERIES OF
 SMALLER RENOVATIONS. YOU SHOW HOW YOU HAVE MET THE
 DISPROPORTIONATE COST FOR THE VERTICAL ACCESSIBILITY,
 BUT THAT DOES NOT RELIEVE YOU FROM UPGRADING THE 2ND
 FLOOR WHERE WORK IS SHOWN TO BE PREFORMED.

 BUT MISSING ELEVATIONS FOR THE DRINKING FOUNTAIN AND

 NUMBER. NO FEWER THAN TWO DRINKING FOUNTAINS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED. ONE DRINKING FOUNTAIN SHALL COMPLY WITH 602.1
 THROUGH 602.6 AND ONE DRINKING FOUNTAIN SHALL COMPLY
 WITH 602.7. SHOW ELEVATION VIEW WITH SPOUT HEIGHTS.
  
 5D)(2) PROTRUDING OBJECTS 307.2 PROTRUSION LIMITS
 307.2. OBJECTS WITH LEADING EDGES MORE THAN 27 INCHES
