 1) PLEASE SUBMIT A CURRENT SURVEY SINCE THE AREA IS
 KNOWN TO HAVE LABELED FLOOD ZONES. FBC BUILDING 1612
 AND CITY OF WPB CODE OF SECTION 94-546.
  
 2) PLEASE NOTE THE VALUE OF THIS PROJECT CAME IN AS
 $1,085,000.00 DOLLARS IN VALUE. THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF
 THE PROJECT THE BUILDING 5411, ROOFED OVER PATIO 670
 SQ. FT. OR A TOTAL BUILDING AREA OF 6,061 SQ. FT. WHEN
 USING THE ICC EVALUATION TABLES THE VALUE IS JUST UNDER
 DOUBLE THE VALUE OF THE ICC TABLES. 109.3* BUILDING
 PERMIT VALUATION. IT WOULD APPEAR THAT FUNDS NEED TO BE
 BACKED OUT FOR THE LISTED PERMITS BELOW THAT TAKE A
 SEPARATE PERMIT, REVIEW AND ASSOCIATED PERMIT FEES.
 IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE
 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE

 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
  
 THIS MAIN BUILDING PERMIT WILL INCLUDE THE FEES FOR THE
 MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING & ROOFING PERMITS.
 WHEN THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR COMES IN FOR A BUILDING
 PERMIT WITH THE SIGNED PERMIT APPLICATION FORM BY THE
 QUALIFIER AND OWNER AND BRINGS IN THE LISTED
 SUB-PERMITS M-E-P & ROOFING PERMITS SIGNED BY THE
 QUALIFIER OF EACH COMPANY, THEIR INSURANCES AND
 LICENSURE UP TO DATE, THE M-E-P AND ROOFING PERMITS ARE
 FREE OF CHARGE. IF THE M-E-P & ROOFING PERMITS COME IN
 LATER THERE WILL BE AN $80.00 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR
 EACH PERMIT.
  
 ALL OTHER PERMITS FIRE SPRINKLER, FIRE ALARM, RACK
 STORAGE, EXHAUST HOODS, ANSUL SYSTEMS OR ALTERNATIVE
 AUTOMATIC FIRE-EXTINGUISHING SYSTEMS, WALK IN COOLERS &
 FREEZERS, ALL LOW VOLTAGE PERMITS, GENERATORS & FUEL
 TANKS, GAS PERMIT, POOL, JACUZZI AND ASSOCIATED
 SUB-PERMITS, AWNING, SCREEN ENCLOSURES, CANOPY, FENCE,
 LANDSCAPE, IRRIGATION, AUGER CAST PILE AND OR
 FOUNDATION OR STRUCTURE ONLY PERMIT WILL BE SEPARATE
 REVIEWS AND ASSOCIATED FEES WITH EACH PERMIT.
 PLEASE PROVIDE AN ITEMIZED LIST AND SUBTRACT THESE LINE
 ITEMS AND THEIR VALUE FROM THE OVERALL BUILDING VALUE
 STATED ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THIS PROJECT. THE
 REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE AFFECTIVELY THE VALUE OF THE
 BUILDING YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR THIS PERMIT. THE
 BUILDING DEPARTMENT DOES NOT WANT TO COLLECT TWICE FOR
 THE VALUE OF THESE SUB-PERMITS NOT COVERED UNDER THE
 PRIME OR MASTER PERMIT.

 WORK TO BE COMPLETED BY MADISON FIELD ERECTOR? WOULDN?T
 THE MADISON PERSONNEL ONLY BE COVERED WHEN THEY WORK AT
 THE PLANT, WHAT TYPE OF LICENSURE DOES MADISON HAVE
 ALLOWING WORKERS TO BE IN THE FIELD ?
  
 5) IT WOULD APPEAR THAT THE STATE APPROVAL IS FOR ONLY
 WHAT WORK WAS DONE IN THE FACTORY AND DOES NOT COVER
 THE BUILDING CLADDING THAT IS TO BE COMPLETED BY THE G.
 C, AT THE JOBSITE, THE STATE APPROVED PLANS INDICATE A
 BRICK FA?ADE IS TO BE ANCHORED TO THE BUILDING
 SHEATHING BUT NO REFERENCE WAS FOUND AS TO COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE 2017 FBC-B SECTION 1405.6ANCHORED MASONRY
 VENEERS.
  
 6A) SHEET C-4 SHOWS THE PARKING LOT AND IDENTIFIES
 ELEVATIONS OF THE PARKING LOT SURFACE. THE FRONT ENTRY
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE IS OF CONCERN. WITHIN THE
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING ACCESS AISLE THERE IS AN ELEVATION
 MARKER OF 18.16 FEET. JUST TO THE EAST THERE IS ANOTHER
 MARKER INDICATING 17.53 FEET THAT IS OVER ? FOOT OF
 GRADE CHANGE IN APPROXIMATELY 8 FEET. THIS DOES NOT
 COMPLY WITH THE 2017 ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 502.4.
 PARKING SPACES AND ACCESS AISLES SERVING THEM SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 302. ACCESS AISLES SHALL BE AT THE SAME
 LEVEL AS THE PARKING SPACES THEY SERVE.
  
 6B) SHEET C-4, IT IS HARD TO DETERMINE IF THERE IS A
 RAISED CURB AT THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE AT THE
 FRONT ENTRY OR THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE JUST WEST
 OF THE BUILDING. IF THERE IS A RAISED CURB THEN THERE
 SHOULD BE CURB CUTS. IF THERE IS RAISED SIDEWALKS THEN
 THE PLANS NEED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH ACCESS. CODE
 406.3.
  
 6C) SHEET C-4 & A3.1. ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES. 208.3.
 LOCATION. PARKING SPACES COMPLYING WITH 502THAT SERVE A
 PARTICULAR BUILDING OR FACILITY SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 SHORTEST ACCESSIBLE ROUTE FROM PARKING TO AN ENTRANCE
 COMPLYING WITH 206.4.
  
 7A) IF THE STATE APPROVED PLAN DOESN?T INCLUDE ROOF TOP
 CONDENSING STANDS AND THEY CONDENSING UNITS FOR EITHER
 THE BUILDING AND OR COOLERS THEN PRODUCT APPROVALS
 WOULD BE REQUIRED. 2017 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD
 EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS
 SHALL BE DETERMINED BY METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS
 THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY,
 GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM
 MATERIAL PROPERTIES. EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED
 TO RESIST THE OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL
 FORCES SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR
 WIND LOADS.
  
 7B) THE ROOF TOP A/C STAND PRODUCT APPROVALS, TO BE
 REVIEWED BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD. PLEASE IDENTIFY THE
 FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS CALCULATING THE AREA (SIDE VIEW)
 OF THE ROOF TOP COMPRESSORS, CONFIGURATION ON STAND,
 THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT OF THE STAND AND COMPRESSORS,
 WEIGHT, CIRCLED THE DESIGN PARAMETERS IN THE TABLES,
 ANCHORS AND UPLIFT VERSES MOMENT FOR THE UNIT TO THE
 STAND AND THE STAND TO THE ROOF. THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 IS TO BE REVIEWED BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD, APPROVED
 BEFORE SUBMISSION TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT.
  
 8) IMPACT FEES - DIGITAL SUBMITTALS: PLEASE NOTE IF THE
 NEW PROPOSED STORE IS SMALLER THAN THE EXISTING STORE
 IMPACT FEE CREDITS MAYBE AVAILABLE IF LARGER THEN FEES
 MAYBE OWED. PLANS WILL BE REVIEWED BY THE PBC IMPACT
 FEE OFFICE DIGITALLY VIA PROJECT DOX UPON NOTIFICATION
 BY THIS OFFICE. NOTIFICATION MAY OCCUR WHEN PLANS ARE
 NEAREST FINAL FORM. YOU MAY COORDINATE WITH THE IMPACT
 FEE OFFICE AT (561) 233-5025 OR SIMPLY UPLOAD THE
 MUNICIPAL IMPACT FEE QUESTIONNAIRE FORM TO YOUR PROJECT
