 SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. NOTE:
 A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR RE-ROOFING. DO NOT
 INCLUDE THAT VALUE. THIS PERMIT VALUE IS FOR THE
 BUILDING AND THE MEPS.
  
 3) THE SCOPE OF WORK LIST THAT WAS SUBMITTED IS NOT
 SPECIFIC ENOUGH. SUBMIT A DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK WITH A
 COST BREAKDOWN FOR EACH ITEM. FBC 107.2.1 & 109.3
  
 4) THE COVERSHEET, CVR, SPECIFIES THAT THIS BUILDING IS
 ONE STORY AND HAS A MEAN ROOF HEIGHT OF 15'. THE
 STRUCTURE IS THREE STORIES AND HAS A MEAN ROOF HEIGHT
 OF MORE THAN 30 FEET. PLEASE CORRECT. FBC 107.2.1
  
 5) THE COMPONENT AND CLADDING PRESSURES FOR THE
 EXTERIOR DOORS AND WINDOWS ON SHEET CVR WILL NEED TO BE
 INCREASED FOR THE CORRECTED BUILDING MEAN ROOF HEIGHT.
 IF USING WORST CASE C&C PRESSURES SPECIFY THE PRESSURES

 6) THIS BUILDING HAS MORE THAN THE TWO UNITS ALLOWED BY
 THE 2017 FBC RESIDENTIAL CODE. THE 2017 FBC BUILDING IS
 THE APPROPRIATE CODE FOR THIS APARTMENT BUILDING.
 PLEASE CORRECT THE NOTE ON SHEET CRV. FBC 107.2.1
  
 7) PLEASE UPDATE THE WINDOW AND DOOR SCHEDULES. THE
 WINDOW AND EXTERIOR DOOR SCHEDULES ARE MISSING SOME
 INFORMATION FOR SOME ITEMS AND SOME OF THE SPECIFIED
 PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBERS ARE EXPIRED. FBC 107.2.1
  
 8) THE ELEVATION SHOWS A CASEMENT WINDOW WITH A FIXED
 ARCHED WINDOW ABOVE IT. THESE WINDOWS ARE NOT SPECIFIED
 IN THE SCHEDULE AND THEIR PRODUCT APPROVALS WERE NOT
 SUBMITTED. FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC
 61G20-3.001 PER FLORIDA STATUTE 553.842 (5) THAT HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH
 FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EACH OF THE DIFFERENT
 WINDOW TYPES (GLASS TYPES), STRUCTURAL MULLIONS AND
 EXTERIOR DOOR TYPES. THESE ITEMS CAN BE DEFERRED IF
 REQUESTED, HOWEVER, THE DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED AND
 APPROVED BY THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT BEFORE THEY CAN BE
 INSTALLED. ONLY ONE SET IS REQUIRED TO BE UPLOADED FOR
 ELECTRONICALLY SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS.
  
 9) SUBMIT THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE EXTERIOR METAL
 OUT SWING FRONT DOORS. FBC 107.3.4
  
 10) SPECIFY WHERE THE STRUCTURAL MULLIONS WILL BE USED.
 MARK OR HI-LIGHT THE MULLION SIZE, SPAN AND TRIBUTARY
 AREA FOR EACH OPENING IN THE APPROPRIATE SPAN TABLES IN

 CALCULATION SCHEDULE THAT HAS THE TOTAL AS 5390 SQ.FT.

 12) THE OCCUPANCY TYPE IS LISTED AS RESIDENTIAL ON
 SHEET CVR. SPECIFY THE SPECIFIC OCCUPANCY TYPE. THIS
 APPEARS TO BE APARTMENTS, AN R-2 OCCUPANCY. SEE FBC
 R310.
  
 13) THE NOTES ON SHEET CVR, SPECIFY THIS BUILDING AS
 TYPE VB UNSPRINKLERED. FBC TABLE 504.4 LIMITS R-2
 OCCUPANCIES OF TYPE VB CONSTRUCTION TO TWO STORIES AND
 THIS IS THREE STORIES. IT WOULD NEED TO BE SPRINKLERED
 OR OF TYPE VA CONSTRUCTION TO BE THREE STORIES. PLEASE
 CLARIFY.
  
 14) PROVIDE A LIFE SAFETY EXITING PLAN. FBC 107.2.3 &

 15) FBC EXISTING BUILDING 804.2.2 IN BUILDINGS WITH
 OCCUPANCIES IN GROUPS A, B, E, F-1, H, I, M, R-1, R-2,
 R-4, S-1 AND S-2, WORK AREAS THAT HAVE EXITS OR
 CORRIDORS SHARED BY MORE THAN ONE TENANT OR THAT HAVE
 EXITS OR CORRIDORS SERVING AN OCCUPANT LOAD GREATER
 THAN 30 SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER
 PROTECTION WHERE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OCCUR:
 1.THE WORK AREA IS REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED WITH
 AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER PROTECTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING AS APPLICABLE TO NEW
 CONSTRUCTION; AND
 2. THE WORK AREA EXCEEDS 50 PERCENT OF THE FLOOR AREA.
 EXCEPTION: IF THE BUILDING DOES NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT
 MUNICIPAL WATER SUPPLY FOR DESIGN OF A FIRE SPRINKLER
 SYSTEM AVAILABLE TO THE FLOOR WITHOUT INSTALLATION OF A
 NEW FIRE PUMP, WORK AREAS SHALL BE PROTECTED BY AN
 AUTOMATIC SMOKE DETECTION SYSTEM THROUGHOUT ALL
 OCCUPIABLE SPACES OTHER THAN SLEEPING UNITS OR
 INDIVIDUAL DWELLING UNITS THAT ACTIVATES THE OCCUPANT
 NOTIFICATION SYSTEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIONS 907.4,
 907.5 AND 907.6 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 ALARM SYSTEM SHALL BE INSTALLED IN WORK AREAS OF GROUP
 R-2 APARTMENT BUILDINGS AS REQUIRED BY THE FLORIDA FIRE
 PREVENTION CODE FOR EXISTING GROUP R-2 OCCUPANCIES.
  
 17) THESE PLANS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY
 A FLORIDA LICENSED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL. AN ARCHITECT
 SHOULD PREPARE AND SEAL THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS AND
 AN ENGINEER SHOULD PREPARE AND SEAL THE STRUCTURAL
 PLANS. FBC107.1 GENERAL. SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS CONSISTING
 OF CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, STATEMENT OF SPECIAL
 INSPECTIONS, GEOTECHNICAL REPORT AND OTHER DATA SHALL
 BE SUBMITTED IN TWO OR MORE SETS WITH EACH PERMIT
 APPLICATION. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PREPARED BY A REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL WHERE
 REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 471, FLORIDA STATUTES & 61G15
 FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE OR CHAPTER 481, FLORIDA
 STATUTES & 61G1 FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE. WHERE
 SPECIAL CONDITIONS EXIST, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL IS
 AUTHORIZED TO REQUIRE ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 TO BE PREPARED BY A
 REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL. ELECTRONIC MEDIA
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED WHEN REQUIRED BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL, AND MAY REQUIRE ONLY ONE SET OF
 SUBMITTALS.
  
 18) PROVIDE GUARDRAIL AND HANDRAIL DETAILS FOR THE
 STAIRS AND BALCONIES. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC 1015 &
 1014.
  
 19) ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY BE GENERATED FROM THE
 RESPONSES TO THESE ITEMS. WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS
