 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1A) SHEET 1.1 UNDER THE HEADING OF PROJECT DATA LIST
 THE FLOOR AREA OF 1,716 SQ. FT. BUT THE OCCUPANT LOAD
 OF 46 IS TAKEN ON 609 SQ. FT. PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 OCCUPANT LOAD FOR THE WHOLE FLOOR AREA. THE FLOOR AREA
 SHOULD BE TAKEN ON A NET SQUARE FOOTAGE. 2017 FBC-B
 TABLE 1004.1.2 AND DEFINITION OF NET FLOOR AREA. 2017
 FBC-B 201: FLOOR AREA, NET. THE ACTUAL OCCUPIED AREA
 NOT INCLUDING UNOCCUPIED ACCESSORY AREAS SUCH AS

 LEVEL II WORK AREA METHOD OF COMPLIANCE. PLEASE REVIEW
 IN THE 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE SECTION 301.1 THE
 REPAIRS, ALTERATIONS, CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY, ADDITIONS,
 OR RELOCATION OF ALL EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH ONE OF THE METHODS LISTED IN SECTIONS 301.1
 THROUGH 301.1.3 AS SELECTED BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
 SECTIONS 301.1.1 THROUGH 301.1.3 SHALL NOT BE APPLIED
 IN COMBINATION WITH EACH OTHER. PLEASE CHOOSE ONE
 METHOD OF DESIGN.
  
 1C) PLEASE ALSO NOTE WITH THE REAR PORTION OF THE FLOOR
 NOT BEING A POURED CONCRETE FLOOR JUST LEFT DIRT IT
 WOULD APPEAR THIS UNIT WAS LEFT TO BE CONSIDERED A
 VANILLA SHELL, NO OCCUPANCY TYPE. WITH THE NEW PROPOSED
 OCCUPANCY A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY A WELL. 107.2.1.2.
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 1D) THERE IS ALSO A NOTE ON THE PLAN, ADA COMPLIANCE OF

 W.P.B. ADMINISTRATIVE CODE/2017 DRAWINGS &
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC TO
 THE TECHNICAL CODES "SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE OR
 IN PART, NOR THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED
 AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC INFORMATION". CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE
 LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND
 SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS
 OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND

 TABLES, LUNCH COUNTER (HIGH TOPS), AND BOOTHS. EXAMPLES
 OF WORK SURFACES INCLUDE WRITING SURFACES, STUDY
 CARRELS, STUDENT LABORATORY STATIONS, BABY CHANGING AND
 OTHER TABLES OR FIXTURES FOR PERSONAL GROOMING, COUPON

 APPROACH SHALL BE PROVIDED. KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE
 COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 1H)(2) 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF DINING SURFACES AND
 WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES

 OUTLET OF THE DISPENSER SHALL BE 15 INCHES MINIMUM AND
 48 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR AND SHALL NOT
 BE LOCATED BEHIND THE GRAB BARS.
  
 1J) UNDER THE HEADING PROJECT DATA THE PLAN DOES NOT
 INCLUDE IN THE 2017 FBC-B 2902.1 MINIMUM NUMBER OF
 FIXTURES NOR 2902.1.1 FIXTURE CALCULATIONS, AND TABLE
 2902.1.
  
 1K) THE PLAN IS SILENT AS TO THE REQUIRED EXIT
 HARDWARE, PLEASE REVIEW IN THE 2017 FBC-B SECTION
 1010.1.10 PANIC HARDWARE WHEN THERE IS AN OCCUPANT LOAD
 OF 50 OR MORE IN GROUP A OCCUPANCIES.
  
 1L) PLEASE ALSO UPDATE THE PLAN NOW 2 MEANS OF EGRESS
 ARE REQUIRED WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 50 OR MORE. SEE
 TABLE 1006.2.1.
  
 2) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR

 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
