 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) AN UPDATED, SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY BY A FLORIDA
 REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR IS MISSING FROM THE PERMIT
 SUBMITTAL.
  
 2.) CLARIFY THE SCOPE OF WORK IN THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION. THE SCOPE INDICATES PARKING AREA
 IMPROVEMENTS; ADDITIONALLY, THE PROPOSED 6 FT. HIGH
 FENCE/WALL TO THE EAST AND WEST SIDES OF THE PROJECT
 AND THE REMOVAL OF THE EXISTING SIDEWALK ALONG THE EAST
 SIDE OF THE BUILDING ARE NOT MENTIONED (ALTHOUGH
 DETECTED IN THE SITE PLAN). SEPARATE PERMITS ARE
 REQUIRED FOR SOME OF THESE IMPROVEMENTS.
  
 3.) SHOW EXTENT OF THE SIDEWALK REMOVAL TO EXTEND THE
 FOUNDATION PLANTING ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING. A SITE PLAN SHOULD CLEARLY ILLUSTRATE THE
 PROPOSED LAYOUT FOR THE PROJECT.
