 1. A 72 INCH GARDEN WALL MUST BE IN PLACE FOR THE WEST
 PROPERTY LINE SEPARATING THE USE FROM ADJACENT
 RESIDENTIAL PER SECTION 94-221(D)(3). THIS CAN BE A
 WALL OR FENCE. THE ALTERNATIVE IS TO KEEP THE CHAINLINK
 FENCE AND ADD A HEDGE FOR SCREENING. THIS MUST BE SHOWN
 ON THE LANDSCAPE AND SITE PLAN. A SEPARATE FENCE PERMIT
 IS REQUIRED FOR ANY FENCE OR WALL.
 2. A SEPARATE IRRIGATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE
 THE REQUIRED IRRIGATION FOR THE LANDSCAPE AREAS.
