| LANDSCAPE AREA. PLEASE REFER TO THE APPROVED SITE PLAN. |

| 2.1 THE DIMENSION BETWEEN THE WHEEL STOP AND THE |
| ADJACENT CURB IS TO BE 2 FEET FROM THE "BACK" OF THE |
| WHEEL STOP TO THE FACE OF THE CURB. PLEASE REFER TO THE |
| FIGURE XIV-2 OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT |
| REGULATONS. DETAIL SHALL BE CORRECTED AND SUBMITTED AS |
| A REVISION. |

| 3. PHOTOMETRIC LEVELS SHALL NOT EXCEED 1.0 FOOTCANDLES |
| WHEN MEASURED AT THE PROPERTY LINE. PLANS SHALL BE |
