 WHICH REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING SETBACKS FOR THE LIGHT
 POLES: FRONT = 25 FT.; SIDE = 15 FT.; REAR = 15 FT.

 2.) THE FOLLOWING NOTE SHALL BE PROVIDED IN THE PLAN:
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-309(A) OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, ALL
 OUTDOOR LIGHTING SHALL BE SHIELDED TO REDUCE GLARE AND
 SHALL BE ARRANGED TO REFLECT LIGHT OR GLARE AWAY FROM
 ALL ADJACENT RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, ADJACENT
 RESIDENCES, OR PUBLIC THOROUGHFARES.
