 WIND SPEED IS 140 MPH OR GREATER.

 WE NEED TO SEE HOW THE MEANS OF EGRESS FOR THE 2ND
 FLOOR IS LAID OUT AND IF THE INTERIOR STAIRWAY IS AN
 ENCLOSED STAIRWAY. THE QUESTION ARISES WITH COMPLIANCE
