 IDENTIFYING THE TYPE OF WALL AND ROOF PANELS BEING
 INSTALLED, WITH THEIR ALLOWABLE SPACING BETWEEN
 SUPPORTS AND ASSOCIATED PRESSURES NO REVIEW FOR THE

 LOCKING DEVICE CANNOT BE VERIFIED.
 THE OTHER UNKNOWN IS IF THE ENGINEER OF RECORD FOR MBMI
 HAS DESIGNED THE ROOF SYSTEM TO SECTION 2211.5 OF THE
 FBC-B AISI S210 OR AISI S 100? WITH A GREATER DEDUCTION
 IN PRESSURES THAN ALLOWED IN VASD?

 EC-2 SIDE SHOWS 6 GIRTS WHEREAS SIDE EC-5 ONLY SHOWS 5.
 END WALL FRAMING LEFT SIDE ON THE LEFT SIDE IT IS
 DIMENSIONED AS A GIRT BEING THERE BUT NOT SHOWN AGAIN
 THE RIGHT SIDE DOES NOT SHOW BUT 5 GIRTS. 107.2.1.2

 PROPOSED BUILDING 5 FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINE. WITH
 THE BUILDING TYPE BEING DECLARED TYPE IIB/ S1
 OCCUPANCY, AND 5 FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINE THIS WALL
 WILL NEED TO BE 1 HOUR FIRE RATED PER TABLE 602 OF THE
 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE.

 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN ( NO
 PRODUCT APPROVALS) SINCE THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY
 IN PLANS AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN
 REVIEW CYCLE THERE MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS
 BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE
 PRIOR REVIEW.

 WORKING FROM CITY HALL.
