 1A) BOTH THE KEY PLAN & LIFE SAFETY PLAN A0.02 SHOW THE
 SCOPE OF WORK AS BEING IN THE COMMON CORE AREA. WHAT IS
 NOT CLEAR IS IF THE TENANT ENTRY DOORS ARE PART OF THIS
 PERMIT. NOTE THERE ARE 3 SETS OF DOUBLE DOORS THAT ARE
 TENANT ENTRY DOORS. THE PLAN DOES NOT STATE THE TENANT
 OCCUPANT LOADS IN THESE TENANTS. THE 2017FBC-B SECTION
 1010.1.2.1 DOOR SWINGS SHALL BE IN THE DIRECTION OF
 EXIT TRAVEL WHEN SERVING A ROOM OR AREA WITH AN
 OCCUPANT LOAD OF 50 OR MORE.
  
 1B) THE KEY PLAN AND SHEET A0.01 SHOW THE COMMON AREA
 RESTROOMS AS AN AREA WHERE WORK IS TO BE COMPLETED.
 THERE IS NO DETAILS AS HOW THE RESTROOMS ARE GOING TO
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE ACCESSIBILITY CODE. WITH THE
 VALUE OF THIS PERMIT VALUE OF $325,000.00 DOLLARS OF
 VALUE THE ACCESSIBILITY CODE UNDER SECTION 202.4.1
 WOULD REQUIRE UP TO 0.20% OF THE PERMIT VALUE OR
 $65,000.00 DOLLARS BE SPENT IN ACCESSIBLE UPGRADES. THE
 CODE DOES ALLOW YOU TO TRAVEL ONE FLOOR EITHER ABOVE OR
 BELOW THE FLOOR NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THIS SECTION OF
 THE CODE. IF TECHNICALLY NOT FEASIBLE YOU MUST STATE SO

 2) THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET DOES SHOW (2) DRINKING
 FOUNTAINS SHEET A0.04 DETAIL # 6 ONLY SHOWS A SINGLE
 DRINKING FOUNTAIN. PLEAS UP YOUR DETAIL SHEET TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION
 211.2 MINIMUM NUMBER OF DRINKING FOUNTAINS. ONE
 DRINKING FOUNTAIN SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTIONS 602.1
 THROUGH 602.6 AND THE OTHER DRINKING FOUNTAIN SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 602.7.
  
 3) SHEET A5.13 FRAMING DETAIL # 1 NEEDS TO SHOW THE
 SIZE, GAUGE AND SPACING OF THE CEILING FRAMING, THE
 PLANS SHOW A HANGING WIRE SUSPENSION SYSTEM, PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE ANCHOR TYPE, LENGTH, WIRE SIZE AND
 FREQUENCY IN THE SPACING. PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE 2017 FBC-B TABLE 2508.1/ ASTM C754/ ASTM C
 1007.
