 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) PLAN SHOWS THAT THE 5 FT. WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT
 ALONG THE EAST PROPERTY LINE HAS BEEN ABANDONED. PLEASE
 PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION THAT THE EASEMENT HAS BEEN
 ABANDONED AS THERE SEEMS TO BE STRUCTURES LOCATED
 WITHIN THE ABANDONED EASEMENT.
  
 2.) THE MODIFIED DRIVEWAY SHALL NOT EXCEED 20 FEET AT
 THE PROPERTY LINE. THE REVISED PLAN SHOWS THAT THAT THE
 DRIVEWAY EXCEEDS 20 FT. AT THE PROPERTY LINE INTO THE
 PROPERTY.
  
 3.) THE PROPOSED ENTRY WALKWAY GATE ON THE NORTH SIDE
 OF THE PROPERTY SHALL NOT SWING OUT INTO THE PUBLIC
 RIGHT-OF-WAY (MUST SWING INTERIOR TO THE PROPERTY). ALL
 STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS MUST BE LOCATED ON PRIVATE PROPERTY
 AND CANNOT EXTEND BEYOND THE PROPERTY LINE.
