 1A) SHEET ASP-1 THE PLANS STATE R-1 MOTEL / TRANSIENT.
 THE SHEETS A2 1ST FLOOR & A3 2ND FLOOR DO NOT STATE
 WHICH UNITS ARE R-1 MOTEL/ TRANSIENT AND SUBJECT TO THE
 FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE. WHAT % OF THE UNITS ARER-1
 TRANSIENT. OF THE $47,000.00 PLEASE REFER TO THE
 FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE AND THE REQUIREMENTS FOUND
 UNDER DISPROPORTIONATE COST THAT NEED TO GO TOWARD
 UPGRADES TO THE ACCESSIBLE UNIT OR UNITS.
  
 1B) PLEASE REVIEW IN THE 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE
 SECTION 202.4.1 & 806, TRANSIENT LODGING GUEST ROOMS
 (R-1).
  
 1C) 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE. ARE ANY OF THE UNITS
 SUBJECT TO HUD SECTION 504 REGULATIONS.
  
 1D) IS THE R-1 OCCUPANCY TO BE CONSIDERED A CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY? 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 1E) ADDITIONAL COMMENTS WILL BE FORTH COMING ONCE THE
 COMMENTS ABOVE WILL BE ADDRESSED.
  
 2) SHEET A-2 INDICATES THERE IS NO WORK TO BE
 ACCOMPLISHED IN UNIT # 1. IS THIS UNIT OR PART OF THE
 UNIT USED AS AN OFFICE FOR THIS COMPLEX? THEN
 COMPLIANCE WITH 419.1 OF THE 2017 FBC-B WOULD BE
 REQUIRED.
  
 3) SHEET A6 THIS SHEET SHOWS THE ELEVATION OF ALL
 CABINETRY BUT NONE OF THE CABINETS INDICATE THEY ARE TO
 COMPLY WITH THE ACCESSIBILITY CODE. AT THIS TIME NONE
 OF THE R-1 UNITS ARE IDENTIFIED NOR CAN COMPLIANCE BE
 DETERMINED WITH THE ACCESSIBILITY CODE 606 SECTIONS
 1-5.
  
 4) A SEPARATE ROOFING PERMIT IS TO BE SUBMITTED, NOT
 PART OF THIS REVIEW.
  
 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
