 LANDSCAPE NONCONFORMITIES MUST BE REDUCED. WORKING WITH
 THE CURRENT PARKING STRIPING, ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING
 ITEMS:
 1. REVISE THE PAVING PERMIT PLAN TO MATCH THE LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT PLAN FOR ALL CHANGES AND RESUBMIT FOR REVIEW.
  
 2. INDICATE THE REQUIRED 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER ALONG
 THE EAST AND WEST PROPERTY LINE PER SECTION 94-443. A
 SECTION CAN BE ADDED SOUTH OF THE ADA SPACE. ADD THE
 REQUIRED SCREENING HEDGE.
  
 3. PROVIDE THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPE TERMINAL ISLAND AT
 THE ENDS OF THE ROWS OF PARKING WITHIN THE CURRENT
 PARKING LAYOUT AND PROVIDE THE REQUIRED TREE IN EACH
 ISLAND. THE LANDSCAPE AREAS CAN EXTEND TO THE FIRST
 PARKING SPACE. 2 SPACES CAN BE CONVERTED AT THE WEST
 ENDS OF THE ROWS OF PARKING TO PROVIDE THE REQUIRED
 LANDSCAPE AREAS.
  
 4. PROVIDE THE REQUIRED D CURB AROUND THE LANDSCAPE
 AREAS.
  
 5. CALCULATE THE TOTAL PERVIOUS AREA PROVIDED AND SHOW
 SQUARE FOOTAGE AND PERCENTAGE OF SITE.
  
 6. CALCULATE THE 40 PERCENT OPEN SPACE REQUIRED FOR THE
 ENTIRE SITE SHOW THE CALCULATIONS FOR REQUIRED TREES
 AND SHRUBS.
  
 7. SHOW REQUIRED IRRIGATION WILL BE PROVIDED AND SUBMIT
 AN IRRIGATION PERMIT.
  
 8. UPDATE FLORIDA FRIENDLY POINTS CHART AND TOTAL
 DROUGHT TOLERANT AND NATIVE SPECIES PERCENTAGE BASED ON
 REVISED PLANT LIST.
