 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) THE SITE PLAN IS NOT THE APPROVED SITE PLAN
 REVIEWED BY THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT -
 PLANNING DIVISION. PLEASE ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY WITH
 THE APPROVED PLAN. (REFERENCE: ISPR 18-06).
  
 2.) PER THE APPROVED SITE PLAN (AND CORRECT DIRECTION,
 I.E. N, E, S, W),THE PLANS ARE NOT FOR THE MONUMENT
 SIGN SPECIFIED IN THE PERMIT PLAN. PLEASE ADDRESS FOR
 CONSISTENCY WITH THE APPROVED PLAN.
  
 3.) INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 (I.E. PROJECT DESCRIPTION) IS INCORRECT (I.E. NO
 SIGNAGE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE PROJECT SITE).
 INFORMATION SHALL BE CORRECTED IN THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 4.) SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM THE PROPOSED MONUMENT SIGN
 TO THE PROPERTY LINE SHALL BE PROVIDED. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT THE MONUMENT SIGN SETBACKS SHALL BE CONSISTENT
 WITH THE SETBACK REQUIREMENTS OF ZLDR S.94-408(D)(2).
  
 5.) THE PERMIT IS FOR THE MONUMENT SIGN STRUCTURE AND
 SIGN PANELS ONLY. A SEPARATE SIGN PERMIT SHALL BE
 REQUIRED FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL TENANT FOR THE SIGN
 PANELS.
  
 6.) PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY FREESTANDING SIGNAGE FRONTING
 ON SKEES ROAD SHALL NOT EXCEED A MAXIMUM SUM TOTAL
 (ENTIRE SIGN STRUCTURE) OF 118.54 SQ. FT. THE DETAILS
 INDICATE THAT THE SIGN AREA WILL BE EXCEEDED FOR THE
 SIGN FRONTING ON SKEES ROAD. (ZLDR S.94-408(D)(2)]
