 NOTE THAT THE WALL SHALL NOT EXCEED A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF

 (AREA WITHIN THE FIRST 25 FT. FROM THE PROPERTY LINE
 ALONG N. FLAGLER DR.) AND MAXIMUM OF 6 FT. IN HEIGHT
 (AT GRADE) WITHIN THE REQUIRED SIDE AND REAR SETBACKS.
 NO PART OF THE WALL SHALL BE PLACED WITHIN THE SIGHT
 VISIBILITY TRIANGLE AND NO VEGETATION BETWEEN THE
 HEIGHT OF 18 INCHES AND 8 FT. SHALL BE PLACED WITHIN
 THE VISIBILITY TRIANGLE. PLEASE SHOW ALL ELEMENTS IN
 THE PLAN.
