 -
 (1) STORAGE TYPE UNITS WHICH HEAT AND STORE WATER AT A
 THERMOSTATICALLY CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE, INCLUDING GAS
 STORAGE WATER HEATERS WITH AN INPUT OF 75,000 BTU PER
 HOUR OR LESS, OIL STORAGE WATER HEATERS WITH AN INPUT
 OF 105,000 BTU PER HOUR OR LESS, AND ELECTRIC STORAGE
 WATER HEATERS WITH AN INPUT OF 12 KILOWATTS OR LESS;
  
 (2) INSTANTANEOUS TYPE UNITS WHICH HEAT WATER BUT
 CONTAIN NO MORE THAN ONE GALLON OF WATER PER 4,000 BTU
 PER HOUR OF INPUT, INCLUDING GAS INSTANTANEOUS WATER
 HEATERS WITH AN INPUT OF 200,000 BTU PER HOUR OR LESS,
 OIL INSTANTANEOUS WATER HEATERS WITH AN INPUT OF
 210,000 BTU PER HOUR OR LESS, AND ELECTRIC
 INSTANTANEOUS WATER HEATERS WITH AN INPUT OF 12
 KILOWATTS OR LESS; AND
  
 (3) HEAT PUMP TYPE UNITS, WITH A MAXIMUM CURRENT RATING
 OF 24 AMPERES AT A VOLTAGE NO GREATER THAN 250 VOLTS,
 WHICH ARE PRODUCTS DESIGNED TO TRANSFER THERMAL ENERGY
 FROM ONE TEMPERATURE LEVEL TO A HIGHER TEMPERATURE
 LEVEL FOR THE PURPOSE OF HEATING WATER, INCLUDING ALL
 ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT SUCH AS FANS, STORAGE TANKS, PUMPS,
 OR CONTROLS NECESSARY FOR THE DEVICE TO PERFORM ITS
 FUNCTION.
  
 5. THE EXAMINATION OF THE DOCUMENTS BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM CRITERIA
 AND DOCUMENTS: A FLOOR PLAN; SITE PLAN; FOUNDATION
 PLAN; FLOOR/ROOF FRAMING PLAN OR TRUSS LAYOUT; ALL
 FENESTRATION PENETRATIONS; FLASHING; AND ROUGH OPENING
 DIMENSIONS; AND ALL EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS PER THE 2017
 FBC WPB AMENDMENTS SEC. 107.3.5 MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW
 CRITERIA FOR BUILDINGS.
  
 6. THERE IS NO CLAIMED VALUE ON THE APPLICATION, PLEASE
 PROVIDE A BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACT PER THE WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC. 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATIONS. IF IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL,
 THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION,
 STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING
 SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE
 APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED UNLESS THE
 APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED, QUANTITY ESTIMATES, AND/OR
 BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS (EXCLUDING LAND VALUE) TO
 MEET THE APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES, THE VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN
 FEES, MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING
 ONLY LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE
 LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST
 ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS
 PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL
 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 7. PLANS MAY BE REQUIRED TO BE DESIGNED AND SIGNED AND
 SEALED BY A LICENSED ENGINEER OR ARCHITECT. PLANS
 FURNISHED BY AN INTERIOR DESIGNER ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.

 ACC 202.4.1 DISPROPORTIONATE COST. ALTERATIONS MADE TO
 PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE PATH OF TRAVEL TO THE ALTERED
 AREA WILL BE DEEMED DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE OVERALL
 ALTERATION WHEN THE COST EXCEEDS 20% OF THE COST OF THE
 ALTERATION TO THE PRIMARY FUNCTION AREA. COSTS THAT MAY
 BE COUNTED AS EXPENDITURES REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AN
 ACCESSIBLE PATH OF TRAVEL MAY INCLUDE: (I) COSTS
 ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE AND AN
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE ALTERED AREA; (II) COSTS
 ASSOCIATED WITH MAKING RESTROOMS ACCESSIBLE, SUCH AS
 INSTALLING GRAB BARS, ENLARGING TOILET STALLS,
 INSULATING PIPES, OR INSTALLING ACCESSIBLE FAUCET
 CONTROLS; (III) COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING
 ACCESSIBLE TELEPHONES, SUCH AS RELOCATING THE TELEPHONE
 TO AN ACCESSIBLE-HEIGHT, INSTALLING AMPLIFICATION
 DEVICES, OR INSTALLING A TEXT TELEPHONE (TTY); (IV)
 COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RELOCATING AN INACCESSIBLE
 DRINKING FOUNTAIN.
  
 16. A SUB PLUMBING PERMIT IS REQUIRED BY A LICENSED
 CONTRACTOR FOR THE SCOPE OF WORK PER THE WPB AMENDMENTS
 TO THE FBC SEC. 105.1.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION, MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO

 17. THE MAIN WATER SERVICE WHICH HAS ITS OWN METER MAY
 REQUIRE A REDUCE PRESSURE ZONE VACUUM BREAKER INSTALLED
 BY A LICENSED CONTRACTOR AND THIS DEVICE REQUIRES A
 PERMIT, REVIEWS BY PLUMBING DEPARTMENT AS WELL AS THE
 UTILITIES DEPARTMENT AND IT NEEDS TO BE CERTIFIED BY
 THE UTILITIES DEPARTMENT. THIS IS A CONTAINMENT DEVICE
 AS THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH UTILITIES DEPARTMENT HAS
 JURISDICTION OF IT. THIS PERMIT MAY BE COMBINED WITH
 LAWN SPRINKLERS A RPZ?S TYPE, A SEPARATE FIRE SPRINKLER
 SYSTEM REQUIRES A DOUBLE CHECK DETECTOR ASSEMBLY
 INSTALLED BY A LICENSED CONTRACTOR PER THE
 2017 FLORIDA STATUTES 633.102, INSURANCE, CHAPTER 633,
