 PROPOSED LOT DRAINAGE AND, AS APPLICABLE, FLOOD HAZARD
 AREAS, FLOODWAYS, AND DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATIONS; AND IT
 SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ACCURATE AND
 INCLUDED ON A BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY.
  
 5. IDENTIFY FLOOR PLANS ON PAGE A-1 AS EXISTING OR
 PROPOSED. PROVIDE BOTH EXISTING AND PROPOSED FLOOR
