 1. HORIZONTAL ROLLERS ARE AN INAPPROPRIATE WINDOW STYLE
 FOR THIS STRUCTURE. PLEASE REVISE TO PAIRED CASEMENTS
 OR PAIRED SINGLE-HUNG WINDOWS. FOR SINGLE-HUNG WINDOWS,
 AN UNEVEN SINGLE-HUNG WINDOW MAY BE REQUIRED TO MATCH
 THE EXISTING PROFILE. SINGLE WINDOWS ARE APPROPRIATE
 FOR WHERE SINGLE WINDOWS EXIST.
 2. PROVIDE FRAME COLOR, GLASS GLAZING, AND MUNTIN
 CONFIGURATION AND PROFILE. THE FRAMES SHOULD BE WHITE
 OR ANODIZED. THE GLASS ON THE STREET FACING ELEVATIONS
 SHOULD BE CLEAR GLASS ONLY. NON-STREET FACING
 ELEVATIONS MAY HAVE CLEAR GLASS OR CLEAR GLASS WITH
 LOW-E COATING. NO TINTED OR PRIVACY GLASS. FOR AWNING
 WINDOWS, THESE TEND TO BE A LOW-PROFILE DIMENSIONAL
 EXTERNAL MUNTIN. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE MUNITN.
 3. REVISE WINDOW FRAME MATERIAL. VINYL WINDOWS ARE NOT
 APPROPRIATE FOR A STRUCTURE WITH ORIGINAL OR
 SIGNIFICANT WINDOWS. ALUMINUM WINDOWS ARE APPROPRIATE.
 4. THE MULLIONS SHOULD MATCH THE WIDTH OF THE EXISTING
 MULLLIONS FOR PAIRED WINDOWS. PROVIDE THE WIDTH OF THE
 MULLION TO BE USED.
