 3. PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ON SITE PLAN.

 WITH THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY
 A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF
 NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE SITE,
 DISTANCES FROM LOT LINES, THE ESTABLISHED STREET GRADES
 AND THE PROPOSED FINISHED GRADES, DEPICTING THE
 PROPOSED LOT DRAINAGE AND, AS APPLICABLE, FLOOD HAZARD
 AREAS, FLOODWAYS, AND DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATIONS; AND IT
 SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ACCURATE AND
 INCLUDED ON A BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY.
  
 4. DESCRIPTION OF WORK ON APPLICATION STATES LOCATION
 OF PROPOSED ELEVATOR IS LOCATED IN THE FRONT SIDE. SITE
 PLAN INDICATES LOCATION OF ELEVATOR IS LOCATED IN THE
 REAR SIDE.

 5. PROVIDE SOILS REPORT PER FBC 1803.1
  
 FBC 1803.1 GENERAL.GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATIONS SHALL BE
 CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1803.2 AND
 REPORTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1803.6. WHERE
 REQUIRED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL OR WHERE GEOTECHNICAL
 INVESTIGATIONS INVOLVE IN-SITU TESTING, LABORATORY
 TESTING OR ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS, SUCH
 INVESTIGATIONS SHALL BE CONDUCTED BY A REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL.
  
 6. PROVIDE MANUFACTURERES INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR
 PROPOSED ELEVATOR.

 7. PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL/NOA FOR PROPOSED WINDOW
 LINTELS.

 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC RULE 9N-3 REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
 SPECIFICALLY, PROVIDE LINTEL SUBMITTALS.
  
 8. PROVIDE A STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF NEW WINDOW OPENINGS.
 INCLUDE ROUGH OPENING DEMENSIONS AND DESIGN PRESSURES
 FOR EACH OPENING.
  
 R301.2.1 WIND DESIGN CRITERIA.
 BUILDINGS AND PORTIONS THEREOF SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE WIND PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE USING
 THE BASIC WIND SPEED IN TABLE R301.2(1) AS DETERMINED
 FROM FIGURE R301.2(4).
