 1- PERMIT APPLICATION REFERENCES PERMIT #19061429 AS A
 MASTER PERMIT. THE REFERENCED MASTER PERMIT NUMBER IS
 FOR A FENCE PERMIT. THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE IS A
 SEPARATE PERMIT AND IS NOT PART OF THE FENCE PERMIT.
 REVISE DESCRIPTION THE PERMIT APPLICATION AS REQUIRED.
 SEC. 105.1 AND SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES (IF ANY) AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3
 CITY AMENDMENTS. UPDATE VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL COSTS
 OR PROVIDE COPY OF SIGNED CONTRACTS.
  
 3- LOCATION OF DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE IS NOT CLEAR. CLEARLY
 SPECIFY THE SETBACKS FOR THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE. SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: THIS PERMIT NEEDS TO BE COORDINATED WITH THE
 PERMIT FOR THE PARKING LOT. SEE COMMENTS ON PERMIT
 #20020426 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PARKING LOT TO
 AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
