 1) REPEAT COMMENT: RESOLUTION 13-19, WHICH APPROVED THE
 PROJECT INCLUDED THE REQUIREMENT THAT CERTAIN ITEMS
 REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE SUBMITTAL OF THE BUILDING PERMIT
 FOR SITE IMPROVEMENTS, WHICH INCLUDES THE FOUNDATION
 PERMIT. PROVIDE EVIDENCE THAT THE FOLLOWING HAS BEEN
 COMPLETED:
  
 A. ABANDON OR RELOCATE THE FPL EASEMENT ALONG THE SOUTH
 PROPERTY LINE. THE DEVELOPER, BASED ON DISCUSSIONS WITH
 FPL, PRESENTED A TEMPORARY POWER ROUTING PLAN TO CITY
 STAFF; HOWEVER, THE FINAL PLAN AND FPL'S SIGN OFF ARE
 NOT INCLUDED WITH THE RESUBMITTAL. SHEET E1.050 DOES
 NOT SPECIFY WHEN THE EASEMENT WILL BE ABANDONED. *****
 EVIDENCE THAT THIS CONDITION HAS BEEN MET HAS STILL NOT
 BEEN PROVIDED. *****
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE REQUIRED
 CONDITION SURVEY: RESOLUTION 13-19 REQUIRES THAT THE
 DEVELOPER SHALL PERFORM A CONDITION SURVEY OF THE
 ADJOINING PROPERTIES PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF ANY
 CONSTRUCTION OR DEMOLITION ACTIVITIES. THE DEVELOPER
 SHALL CONFORM TO THE APPROPRIATE INDUSTRY STANDARDS
 APPROVED BY THE CITY'S BUILDING DIVISION IN MONITORING
 THE VIBRATION EFFECTS ON THE ADJOINING PROPERTIES; THIS
 MAY INCLUDE, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE PLACEMENT OF
 SEISMIC METERS, INSPECTIONS, AND SIMILAR ACTIVITIES.

 3) REPEAT COMMENT: EV PROVISIONS - ZONING STAFF HAS
 REVIEWED AND NEEDS CLARIFICATION NARRATIVE ON THE EV
 PROVISION. COMMENTS BELOW MAY CHANGE BASED ON THE
 NARRATIVE. THE NARRATIVE SHALL VERIFY THE RESOLUTION
 NO. 13-19 EV REQUIREMENTS.
  
 A. IT APPEARS THAT THE GUEST SPACES ARE ONLY GETTING EV
 LEVEL 1, INSTEAD OF THE LEVEL 2 THAT ARE REQUIRED.
 ***** THE COMMENT RESPONSE STATES THAT ALL EV CHARGING
 STATIONS ARE DESIGNED FOR LEVEL 2 CAPABILITIES AND THAT
 THE ARCHITECT WILL UPDATE LABEL TO REFLECT THE REQUIRED
 LEVEL 2 SPACE. NO NEW PLANS WERE SUBMITTED SHOWING A
 TAG DESIGNATING LEVEL 2 GUEST SPACES TO SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH THIS REQUIREMENT. THERE IS A SYMBOL ON THE KEY
 THAT WOULD DESIGNATE LEVEL 2. THIS SYMBOL IS USED ON
 THE BASEMENT LEVEL B2 TO DESIGNATE THE EV LEVEL 2
 SPACES. *****
  
 4) REPEAT COMMENT: THE FOLLOWING DIMENSIONS PROVIDED ON
 SHEET A1.100 (SITE PLAN) DO NOT MATCH THE SAME
 DIMENSIONS ON SHEET A1.01 (GROUND FLOOR PLAN) SUBMITTED
 WITH THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT:
  
 A. WEST SETBACK DIMENSION OF 5 FEET 3 INCHES FOR THE
 GENERATOR PIT. THE MINOR AMENDMENT PLANS SHOW A SETBACK
 DIMENSION OF 5 FEET 6 INCHES AT THE SAME LOCATION.
 STAFF HAS APPROVED THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 AMENDMENT, SO THIS PLAN MUST BE CORRECTED TO SHOW
 APPROVED CONDITIONS. THIS INCORRECT SETBACK IS ALSO
 SHOWN ON SHEET A1.1B1.
  
 5) THE ABOVE FOLLOWING ITEMS REQUIRE REVIEW AS SEPARATE
 PERMITS WITH PLANS:
  
 A. THE WALLS, FENCES, GATES AND COLUMNS REQUIRE A
 SEPARATE PERMIT WITH PLANS.
 B. HARDSCAPE, INCLUDING PAVERS, ARTIFICIAL TURF, DOG
 PARK ITEMS, BENCHES/PLAZA AREA, ETC.
 C. LANDSCAPE
 D. IRRIGATION
 E. GENERATOR - PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FULL HEIGHT OF THE
 GENERATOR DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE SCREENED AS REQUIRED BY
 RESOLUTION NO. 13-19. HEDGES MAY NOT EXCEED 10 FEET IN
 HEIGHT, SO YOU WILL NEED TO LOWER THE GENERATOR
 PROFILE.

 H. SITE LIGHTING, INCLUDING BOLLARDS, NOTE: SINCE
 ACACIA ROAD IS A SEPARATE PARCEL, IT REQUIRES ITS OWN
 PERMIT FOR THE LIGHTING, BUT MAY BE INCLUDED ON ONE SET
 OF PLANS FOR BOTH PERMIT NUMBERS. PHOTOMETRIC PLANS ARE
 REQUIRED WITH THE PERMITS.
