 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO PLANS.
  
 1) THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT REVIEWED BY
 STAFF DID NOT PASS PLANNING AS THE BUILDING HAS SHIFTED
 AND NO LONGER MEETS MANY OF THE MINIMUM SETBACK
 REQUIREMENTS. ZONING WILL NOT PASS THE FOUNDATION
 PERMIT UNTIL THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT
 PASSES. ALL PLANS RESUBMITTED WITH THIS PERMIT MUST
 MATCH THE PLANS APPROVED AS PART OF THE MINOR PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT. PREVIOUSLY RAISED COMMENTS FOR
 THIS PERMIT THAT WILL BE COVERED AS PART OF THE MINOR
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT REVIEW/APPROVAL HAVE BEEN
 REMOVED.
  
 2) UPDATED COMMENT: RESOLUTION 13-19, WHICH APPROVED
 THE PROJECT INCLUDED THE REQUIREMENT THAT CERTAIN ITEMS
 REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE SUBMITTAL OF THE BUILDING PERMIT
 FOR SITE IMPROVEMENTS, WHICH INCLUDES THE FOUNDATION
 PERMIT. PROVIDE EVIDENCE THAT THE FOLLOWING HAVE BEEN
 COMPLETED:
  
 A. ABANDON OR RELOCATE THE FPL EASEMENT ALONG THE SOUTH
 PROPERTY LINE. THE DEVELOPER, BASED ON DISCUSSIONS WITH
 FPL, PRESENTED A TEMPORARY POWER ROUTING PLAN TO CITY
 STAFF; HOWEVER, THE FINAL PLAN AND FPL'S SIGN OFF ARE
 NOT INCLUDED WITH THE RESUBMITTAL. SHEET E1.050 DOES
 NOT SPECIFY WHEN THE EASEMENT WILL BE ABANDONED.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE PILING
 INSTALLATION: RESOLUTION 13-19 REQUIRES THAT THE
 PROJECT SHALL NOT USE HYDRAULIC HAMMERS TO SET
 FOUNDATION PILES. IF FOUNDATION PILES ARE PROPOSED THEY
 SHALL BE AUGURED, DRILLED, VIBRATED, OR PRESSED INTO
 PLACE. SHEET PILING MAY BE INSTALLED USING VIBRATORS,
 HYDRO JETTING, OR HYDRAULIC JACK PRESSING EQUIPMENT TO
 STABILIZE THE PERIMETER OF THE SITE TO ACCOMMODATE THE
 EXCAVATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE SUBGRADE BASEMENT
 AND RETAINING WALLS.
  
 4) REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE REQUIRED
 CONDITION SURVEY: RESOLUTION 13-19 REQUIRES THAT THE
 DEVELOPER SHALL PERFORM A CONDITION SURVEY OF THE
 ADJOINING PROPERTIES PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF ANY
 CONSTRUCTION OR DEMOLITION ACTIVITIES. THE DEVELOPER
 SHALL CONFORM TO THE APPROPRIATE INDUSTRY STANDARDS
 APPROVED BY THE CITY'S BUILDING DIVISION IN MONITORING
 THE VIBRATION EFFECTS ON THE ADJOINING PROPERTIES; THIS
 MAY INCLUDE, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE PLACEMENT OF
 SEISMIC METERS, INSPECTIONS, AND SIMILAR ACTIVITIES.
  
 5) EV PROVISIONS - ZONING STAFF HAS REVIEWED AND NEEDS
 CLARIFICATION NARRATIVE ON THE EV PROVISION. COMMENTS
 BELOW MAY CHANGE BASED ON THE NARRATIVE. THE NARRATIVE
 SHALL VERIFY THE RESOLUTION NO. 13-19 EV REQUIREMENTS.
  
 A. THE B1 ELECTRIC PLANS DO NOT SHOW EV LEVEL 1
 CIRCUITS TO THE GARAGE SPACES ALONG THE SOUTH WALL.
 PLEASE EXPLAIN.
  
 B. IT APPEARS THAT THE GUEST SPACES ARE ONLY GETTING EV
 LEVEL 1, INSTEAD OF THE LEVEL 2 THAT ARE REQUIRED. NOTE
 ONLY TWO SPACES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE EV LEVEL 2.
  
 4) REPEAT COMMENT: THE SURVEY PROVIDED WITH THE PERMIT
 IS NOT THE LATEST SURVEY. PROVIDE THE CORRECT SURVEY.
  
 5) REPEAT COMMENT: THE SITE PLAN NEEDS TO INCLUDE ALL
 THE SETBACK DIMENSIONS TO THE ELEMENTS OF THE SITE THAT
 ARE PART OF THE FOUNDATION.
  
 8) THE ABOVE GRADE IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRE REVIEW AS
 SEPARATE PERMITS WITH PLANS:
  
 A. THE WALLS, FENCES, GATES AND COLUMNS REQUIRE A
 SEPARATE PERMIT WITH PLANS.
 B. HARDSCAPE, INCLUDING PAVERS, ARTIFICIAL TURF, DOG
 PARK ITEMS, BENCHES/PLAZA AREA, ETC.
 C. LANDSCAPE
 D. IRRIGATION
 E. GENERATOR - PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FULL HEIGHT OF THE
 GENERATOR DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE SCREENED AS REQUIRED BY
 RESOLUTION NO. 13-19.
 F. WATER FEATURES
 G. PARKING STRIPING
 H. SITE LIGHTING, INCLUDING BOLLARDS, NOTE: SINCE
 ACACIA ROAD IS A SEPARATE PARCEL, IT REQUIRES ITS OWN
 PERMIT FOR THE LIGHTING, BUT MAY BE INCLUDED ON ONE SET
 OF PLANS FOR BOTH PERMIT NUMBERS. PHOTOMETRIC PLANS ARE
 REQUIRED WITH THE PERMITS.
 I. BICYCLE RACKS, INCLUDES THE BICYCLE STORAGE ROOM.
  
 9) ACACIA ROAD IS A SEPARATE PARCEL. ALL PLANS SHOWING
 THE ACACIA ROAD WORK ARE TO BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED
 UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT.
