| 3) SUBMIT PLANS WITH DRAWINGS THAT PROVIDE DETAILS AND |
| CLEARLY SHOW HOW THE PANELS AND HURRICANE PROTECTION |
| WILL BE INSTALLED. THE PLANS WILL ALSO NEED TO SHOW ANY |
| MODIFICATIONS OR CHANGES TO THE STRUCTURE OF THE |

| 4) THE GROUND FLOOR OF THIS BUILDING IS APPROVED AS A |
| GARAGE OR STORAGE ANY OTHER USE SUCH AS AN OFFICE OR |
| OTHER TYPE OF HABITABLE SPACE WILL REQUIRE REVISED |
| PLANS AND ANOTHER IMPACT FEE REVIEW. |

| 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A |
| RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE |
| CITY RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT |
| CORRECTED PLAN SHEETS INTO THE SETS, REMOVE THE |
| PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS AND MARK VOID ON THEM, AND |
| KEEP THEM WITH THE SUBMITTALS. |
