2020-05-29 08:56:52THE PERMIT HAS FAILED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON(S):
 1. PROVIDE PHOTOS OF EACH ELEVATION WITH OPENING LABELS
 MATCHING THE WINDOW SCHEDULE AND SITE PLAN. IF NOT
 POSSIBLE FOR EACH ELEVATION, PROVIDE MORE THAN ONE
 PHOTO.
 2. THE FRONT DOOR IS INAPPROPRIATE. REVISE THE DOOR TO
 BE A MISSION APPROPRIATE DOOR. PROVIDE GRAPHIC OF
 PROPOSED DOOR.
 3. THE TWO WINDOWS (PAIRED) WITH A 12/12 LITE PATTERN
 NEED TO BE REMOVED. A TRIPLE PAIRED WINDOW WITH 6/1
 LITE PATTERN WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED. THE WINDOWS AND
 MULLION WILL NEED TO BE SIZED TO WHAT WAS EXISTING
 BEFORE THE WINDOWS WERE REPLACED.
 4. THE TWO WINDOWS ON THE SECOND FLOOR UNDER THE PESKY
 CYPRESS BRACKETS WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED. A TRIPLE
 PAIRED WINDOW WITH 6/1 LITE PATTERN WILL NEED TO BE
 INSTALLED. THE WINDOWS AND MULLION WILL NEED TO BE
 SIZED TO WHAT WAS EXISTING BEFORE THE WINDOWS WERE
 REPLACED.
 5. THE WINDOW LOCATED ABOVE THE BALCONY WILL NEED TO BE
 REMOVED. A PAIRED FRENCH DOOR WITH 10-LITE EACH WILL
 NEED TO BE INSTALLED.
 6. ALL WINDOWS WILL NEED TO HAVE WINDOW TRIM AND SILL
 RECONSTRUCTED.
 7. ALL WINDOWS REQUIRING A MULLION SHALL HAVE A MULLION
 TO MATCH THE EXISTING/ORIGINAL MULLION WIDTH. THIS WAS
 LIKELY BETWEEN 4 AND 6 INCHES.
 8. PROVIDE THE MUNTIN DETAIL FOR EACH PRODUCT BEING
 USED. LAWSON HAS A DIFFERENT MUNTIN PROFILE AVAILABLE
 COMPARED TO JELD-WEN AND SILVER LINE.
  
 PROPOSED CONDITIONS, SUBJECT TO CHANGE:
 1. ALL WINDOWS NEED TO BE SIZED TO FIT THE ORIGINAL
 WINDOW FRAME OPENING. ALL WINDOWS SHALL MATCH THE
 INSET/LOCATION/DEPTH OF THE ORIGINAL WINDOWS WITHIN THE
 FRAME OPENING.
 2. ALL NEW STREET-FACING WINDOWS NEED TO HAVE CLEAR
 GLASS ONLY.
 3. THE SMALL 8-LITE WINDOWS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE FRONT
 DOOR SHALL REMAIN AND BE REPAIRED AS NEEDED.
  
  
 THE FOLLOWING ITEMS TO ADDRESS MAY NOT BE COMPLETE
 GIVEN THE LACK OF INFORMATION PROVIDED TO STAFF.
 REUSING EXISTING WINDOWS IN OPENINGS THAT NEED TO BE
 REVERTED BACK TO THEIR ORIGINAL STATE MAY BE POSSIBLE.
