 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) IT IS NOT CLEAR IN THE RESPONSE LETTER TO STAFF'S
 COMMENTS IF A SEPARATE PERMIT WILL BE SUBMITTED FOR THE
 BICYCLE RACK. PLEASE CLARIFY IN THE PLANS AND NOTE.

 INSTALLED PRIOR TO FINAL CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION IF
 THE BICYCLE RACK IS TO BE PROVIDED BY A SEPARATE

 2.) PARKING STALL STRIPING DETAIL IS INCONSISTENT WITH
 THE CITY'S STANDARDS. THE CITY'S PARKING STALL PAINTING
 DETAIL WAS SENT TO THE ARCHITECT ON 7/22/2020 TO
 CORRECT THE PLANS.

 STRIPING DETAIL IS STILL INCONSISTENT WITH THE STALL
 STRIPING STANDARDS OF THE CITY.]
  
  
 3.) PER LANDSCAPING'S COMMENTS (PERMIT #20050261), A
 72-INCH GARDEN WALL MUST BE IN PLACE FOR THE WEST
 PROPERTY LINE SEPARATING THE USE FROM ADJACENT
 RESIDENTIAL PER ZLDR S.94-221(D)93). THIS CAN BE A WALL
 OR A FENCE. THE ALTERNATIVE IS TO KEEP THE CHAIN LINK
 FENCE AND ADD A HEDGE FOR SCREENING. A SEPARATE PERMIT
 FOR THE WALL/FENCE IS REQUIRED IF A WALL OR A FENCE IS
 PROPOSED.

 THAT A GARDEN WALL WILL BE PROVIDED ALONG THE ENTIRE
 WEST PROPERTY LINE. ADDITIONALLY, THE ADDITION OF THE
 GARDEN WALL MUST BE REFLECTED IN A CONCURRENT LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT RESUBMITTAL (NOT PROVIDED), SHOWING CONSISTENCY
