 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) DETAIL OF THE BICYCLE RACK REQUIRED IN THE PLANS.
 THE CITY'S BICYCLE PARKING STANDARDS MANUAL WAS SENT TO
 THE ARCHITECT ON 7/22/2020. THE ARCHITECT WAS ADVISED
 TO PROVIDE A BICYCLE RACK THAT IS CONSISTENT WITH THE
 CITY'S STANDARDS. [5/27/2020 MODIFIED AND REPEAT
 COMMENT]
  
 2.) PROPOSED BICYCLE RACK IN THE SITE PLAN SHALL BE
 CONSISTENT WITH THE DIMENSIONAL STANDARDS OF THE CITY'S
 BICYCLE PARKING. THE DETAIL IN THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT
 HAVE DIMENSIONS NOR IS IT CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S
 STANDARDS FOR BICYCLE PARKING.
  
 3.) PARKING STALL STRIPING DETAIL IS INCONSISTENT WITH
 THE CITY'S STANDARDS. THE CITY'S PARKING STALL PAINTING
 DETAIL WAS SENT TO THE ARCHITECT ON 7/22/2020 TO
 CORRECT IN THE PLANS.
  
 4.) PER LANDSCAPING'S COMMENTS (PERMIT #20050261), A
 72-INCH GARDEN WALL MUST BE IN PLACE FOR THE WEST
 PROPERTY LINE SEPARATING THE USE FROM ADJACENT
 RESIDENTIAL PER ZLDR S.94-221(D)(3). THIS CAN BE A WALL
 OR A FENCE. THE ALTERNATIVE IS TO KEEP THE CHAIN LINK
 FENCE AND ADD A HEDGE FOR SCREENING. A SEPARATE PERMIT
 FOR THE WALL/FENCE IS REQUIRED IF A WALL OR FENCE IS
 PROPOSED.
