| RESIDENTIAL PER ZLDR S.94-221(D)(3). THIS CAN BE A WALL |
| OR A FENCE. THE ALTERNATIVE IS TO KEEP THE CHAIN LINK |
| FENCE AND ADD A HEDGE FOR SCREENING. A SEPARATE PERMIT |
| FOR THE WALL/FENCE IS REQUIRED IF A WALL OR FENCE IS |
| PROPOSED. |
