 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES.
  
 1) THE SECOND STORY SHOWN ON THE WEST ELEVATION -
 DEMOLITION SHEET A2.0.2 DOES NOT INCLUDE VERIFICATION
 THAT THE AREA IN THE CENTRAL PORTION OF THE FACADE IS
 BEING REMOVED (AS INDICATED ON THE DEMOLITION PLAN ON
 SHEET AD.2.1).
  
 2) STAFF DOES NOT SUPPORT THE REMOVAL OF THE GLAZING AT
 THE SECOND STORY CORNER (NORTH AND WEST SIDES) AND ITS
 REPLACEMENT WITH A STUCCO WALL. THIS IS A PRIME SECOND
 STORY LOCATION AND NEEDS TO RETAIN ITS GLAZING. A
 REVIEW OF THE INTERIOR BUILDOUT PLAN FOR URBAN
 OUTFITTERS SHOWS THIS AS THE LOCATION FOR THE BACK OF
 THE FITTING ROOM STRUCTURE. REGARDLESS OF THE FACT THAT
 PLACING THE FITTING ROOM AT THE FRONT OF THE STORE
 WHERE IT WOULD BLOCK WINDOWS DOES NOT SEEM THE BEST
 LOCATION, IF IT MUST BE PLACED THERE, THEN IT NEEDS TO
 BE SETBACK TO PERMIT THE DISPLAY OF MERCHANDISE BETWEEN
 THE FITTING ROOM STRUCTURE WALL AND EXTERIOR GLAZING.
