 1) THE SIGN INCLUDES NOT ONLY THE TD AND THE AMERITRADE
 TEXT, BUT ALSO THE DECK CABINET, WHICH MAKES THE ENTIRE
 SIGN 23.8 SQUARE FEET.
  
 2) THE PROPOSED SIGN IS A FASCIA SIGN IN THE ROSEMARY
 SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA. FASCIA SIGNS ARE PERMITTED
 ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS FOR SINGLE HEIGHT TENANTS
 WITHOUT ARCADES (STOREFRONT TYPE 3). SIGNS PERMITTED ON
 A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS REQUIRE THE APPROVAL OF A WAIVER
 I, WHICH IS WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM CITYPLACE RETAIL ON
 THEIR LETTERHEAD.
  
 3) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT THE WALL SIGNS (WHICH INCLUDE FASCIA SIGNS) BE
 BALANCED WITHIN THE SIGN SPACE. PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 DIMENSIONS FROM THE SIGN TEXT TO EACH END OF THE DECK
 CABINET. THESE DIMENSIONS MUST BE EQUAL.
  
 4) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA PROHIBIT
 VISIBLE WIRING. THE ELEVATION DRAWING SHOWS VISIBLE
 WIRES RUNNING FROM THE BACK OF EACH LETTER TO THE DECK
 CABINET.
  
 5) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA PERMIT
 FASCIA SIGNS TO BE BETWEEN NINE (9) AND TWELVE FEET
 FROM FINISHED GRADE. THE ELEVATION PLAN DOES NOT
 PROVIDE THE HEIGHT OF THE SIGN FROM GRADE. PROVIDE THE
 DIMENSIONS SO THAT STAFF CAN VERIFY THE SIGN PLACEMENT.
  
 6) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA PERMIT A
 MAXIMUM SIGN PANEL (THE DECK CABINET) AND LETTER HEIGHT
 OF 18 INCHES FOR A FASCIA SIGN UNLESS CITYPLACE RETAIL
 IS GRANTED A WAIVER II (MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 AMENDMENT). THE WAIVER II MAY INCREASE THE SIGNS
 DIMENSION BY UP TO 25 PERCENT, SO THE SIGN PANEL (THE
 DECK CABINET) AND LETTER HEIGHT COULD BE UP TO 22.5
 INCHES. NOTE: THE PROPOSED SIGN IS 23 INCHES IN HEIGHT.
  
 7) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT LETTER CHANNELS ARE TO BE STUD MOUNTED A MAXIMUM
 ONE (1) INCH FROM THE WALL. THE PROPOSED DESIGN WITH A
 DECK CABINET MOUNTED TO THE WALL AND THE CHANNEL
 LETTERS MOUNTED TO THE DECK PANEL DOES IS NOT
 PERMITTED.
  
 8) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE THE
 STUD MOUNTS TO BE SERIES 316 STAINLESS STEEL ANCHOR
 BOLTS. PROVIDE VERIFICATION OF THIS REQUIREMENT ON THE
 PLANS.
