 THAT THE SIGN COPY AREA SHALL MAINTAIN A MARGIN AT
 LEAST THREE (3) INCHES FROM ANY EDGE OF THE PERCEIVED
 SIGN AREA. THE DIMENSIONS LISTED ON THE DRAWINGS SHOW
 THAT THE RACEWAYS ON THE TOP AND THE BOTTOM OF THE
 COPY, WHICH DEFINE THE PERCEIVED SIGN AREA, CREATE ONLY
 A 2.5 INCH MARGIN FOR THE COPY.
  
 2) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT REQUIRE THAT ALL CONDUIT, CROSSOVERS, WIRING
 NECESSARY FOR THE SIGN'S ELECTRICAL CONNECTION TO BE
 CONCEALED AND NOT VISIBLE TO THE PUBLIC. THIS INCLUDES
 THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION (INCLUDING ANY BELL OR
 JUNCTION BOXES) TO THE SIGN?S POWER SUPPLY, WHICH MUST
 BE SHOWN WITH ITS CONCEALMENT ON THE PLANS.
