 1) THE BASE MOUNT IS CONSIDERED PART OF THE SIGN SO
 IT'S DIMENSIONS NEED TO BE INCLUDED IN THE OVERALL SIGN
 SQUARE FOOTAGE.
  
 2) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT THE SIGN COPY AREA SHALL MAINTAIN A MARGIN AT
 LEAST SIX (6) INCHES FROM ANY EDGE OF THE PERCEIVED
 SIGN AREA. THE TUBE SUPPORTS THAT HANG THE SIGN TO THE
 CEILING ARE THE PERCEIVED SIGN AREA. PROVIDE
 VERIFICATION DIMENSIONS TO SHOW THAT THE FURTHEST
 PROJECTION OF THE SIGN IS A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES FROM
 THE SUPPORT TUBES.
  
 3) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT ARCADE IDENTITY SIGN LETTERS BE INTERNALLY
 ILLUMINATED. THE DESIGN HAS THE SUPPORT STRUCTURE
 UPLIGHTING THE LETTERS.
  
 4) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA
 SPECIFICALLY PROHIBIT SIGN FOAM. THE PROPOSED CORAFOAM
 LETTERS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
  
 5) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA PERMIT
 ARCADE IDENTITY SIGNS TO HAVE A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF
 TWELVE FEET FROM FINISHED GRADE. THE PROPOSED SIGN WILL
 EXCEED THIS HEIGHT.
  
 6) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 ARCADE IDENTITY SIGNS TO BE CENTERED HORIZONTALLY UNDER
 THE ARCADE ARCHWAY. PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS FROM THE
 ARCADE COLUMNS TO VERIFY THAT THE SIGN IS CENTERED.
  
 7) THE PROPOSED SIGN DOES NOT MATCH ONE OF THE ARCADE
 IDENTITY SIGN TYPES INCLUDED IN THE ROSEMARY SQUARE
 TENANT SIGN CRITERIA. THE PERMISSIBLE MOUNTING OPTION
 THAT ARE SIMILAR TO THE PROPOSED SIGN IS SUSPENDED
 LETTERS ON A RACEWAY (WHICH WOULD BE THE FRONT OF THE
 SUPPORT FRAME).
  
 8) HOW IS THE APOSTROPHE ATTACHED? PLEASE REMEMBER THAT
 THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA SPECIFICALLY
 REQUIRE APOSTROPHES TO BE SEPARATE ELEMENTS WITH NO
 CROSS OVERS AND ALL FASTENERS SHALL BE UNNOTICEABLE.
