 1) THE PROPOSED SIGN IS A CANOPY SIGN IN THE ROSEMARY
 SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA. NO PERMIT HAS BEEN
 SUBMITTED FOR THE CANOPY ON WHICH THIS SIGN IS TO BE
 MOUNTED, NOR DOES THIS PERMIT INCLUDE THE INSTALLATION
 OF THE CANOPY (THE ENGINEER LISTS THE MOUNTING OF THE
 SIGN TO AN EXISTING METAL TRELLIS). ZONING WILL NOT
 APPROVE THIS PERMIT UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE CANOPY
 PERMIT IS APPROVED.
  
 2) THE SIGN INCLUDES REVERSE CHANNEL LETTERS ABOVE THE
 CANOPY WITH THE POWER SUPPLY BOX (RACEWAY) ON TOP OF
 THE CANOPY BEHIND THE LETTERS. THIS IS NOT A PERMITTED
 OPTION FOR A CANOPY SIGN. THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT
 SIGN CRITERIA SPECIFIES LETTERS MAY BE MOUNTED IN THE
 VERTICAL FACE OF THE CANOPY, INDIVIDUAL METAL LETTERS
 MAY BE PIN MOUNTED ABOVE OR BELOW THE CANOPY (WITH
 AMBIENT ILLUMINATION PERMITTED), OR INTEGRATED INTO THE
 HORIZONTAL PLANE OF THE CANOPY AS PART OF THE CANOPY.
 ADDITIONALLY, THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA
 PROHIBIT EXPOSED RACEWAYS. NOTE: REGARDLESS OF THE
 FINAL SIGN DESIGN, THE CANOPY NEEDS TO BE DESIGNED TO
 INCORPORATE THE POWER SUPPLY, CONDUIT, ETC. WITHIN IT
 FOR ANY SIGNAGE THAT WILL BE MOUNTED ON THE CANOPY.
  
 3) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA PERMIT A
 MAXIMUM LETTER HEIGHT OF 18 INCHES FOR A CANOPY SIGN
 UNLESS CITYPLACE RETAIL IS GRANTED A WAIVER II (MINOR
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT). THE WAIVER II MAY
 INCREASE THE SIGNS DIMENSION BY UP TO 25 PERCENT, SO
 THE LETTER HEIGHT COULD THEN BE 19 INCHES TALL AS
 SHOWN.
