 ADMINISTRATION.
  
 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 ACTION: DENIED
  
 1) THE SITE PLAN SUBMITTED SHOWS A POOL (PERMIT:
 04071264) BUT THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT INDICATE THE
 DISTANCE BETWEEN THE POOL/ SPA AND THE PROPOSED SCREEN
 ENCLOSURE WALL LINE. THE PROPOSED POOL PLAN SHOWS A
 DISTANCE OF 8 FEET- 4 INCHES FROM THE WATERLINE TO THE
 PROPOSED SCREEN ENCLOSURE WALL LINE.
 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. THERE IS
 GOING TO BE A NEW FOUNDATION WHICH SHOULD HAVE STEEL IN
 THE FOOTER PLUS THE VERTICAL ALUMINUM EXTRUSIONS WILL
 BE WITHIN 10 FEET OF THE WATER LINE. COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE 2017 FBC-R 4501.16 BONDING AND GROUNDING OF METAL
 COMPONENTS WITHIN 10 FEET OF THE WATER LINE TO
 ELECTRICAL BONDING OF POOL COMPONENTS.
  
 2) THE PERMIT APPLICATION UNDER THE HEADING OF PROPOSED
 WORK INDICATES 12 X 12 INCH STRIP FOOTERS. THERE IS NO
 FLOOR PLAN, NOR FOUNDATION PLAN AS TO THE TYPE OF
 MATERIAL THE FOUNDATION IS TO CONSIST OF NOR AT WHAT
 DEPTH THIS FOOTER IS TO OCCUR, NOR IS THE QUANTITY, NOR
 SIZE OF STEEL RE-BAR REINFORCING TO OCCUR IN THE
 FOUNDATION.
 107.3.5.3 RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS:
 FLOOR PLAN MISSING
 FOUNDATION PLAN MISSING
 STRUCTURAL PLAN WITH THE SIZE AND SPACING OF THE
 VERTICAL ALUMINUM FRAMING MEMBERS FOR THE WIND SPEED
 INDICATED (160 VULT / 124 VASD) AND ANCHORAGE OF THESE
 FRAMING MEMBERS. NOTE THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES
 PAVERS ON TOP OF THE FOUNDATION, HOW THICK ARE THE
 PAVERS TO BE AND LONG ARE THE ANCHORS TO REACH THE
 FOUNDATION, HOW DEEP MUST THE ANCHORS GO INTO THE
 FOUNDATION? 107. 2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED. 2017 FBC-B SECTION 2002.4 SCREEN ENCLOSURES/
 LOADS.
  
 3) DOES THE NEW MOTORIZED ROLL UP SCREEN ENCLOSURE
 AFFECT THE POOL BARRIER TO TTHE DWELLING, SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH 454.2.17.1.9.
  
 4) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
 PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
