 1- BORAL ROOF TILE NOA 18-0509.15 SUBMITTED: CLEARLY
 MARK ADHESIVE PADDY SIZE AS REQUIRED BY CITY POLICY FOR
 ALL ROOFING PERMITS TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC R301.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: ALSO, CLEARLY MARK THE PADDY SIZE ON THE ROOF
 TILE ADHESIVE SUBMITTED. COORDINATE WITH ITEM #2 BELOW.
  
 2- BORAL ROOF TILE NOA 18-0509.15 SUBMITTED DOESN'T
 LIST THE 3M FOAM NOA 15-1201.04 SUBMITTED. THERE IS NO
 WAY TO FIND THE UPLIFT RESISTANCE OF THE FOAM ADHESIVE
 SUBMITTED BECAUSE NEITHER THE ROOF TILE NOA NOR THE
 FOAM ADHESIVE NOA SUBMITTED SHOW THE UPLIFT RESISTANCE.
 . NEED THIS TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES OF SEC. R301.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 PROVIDE A ROOF TILE ADHESIVE PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT IS
 LISTED ON THE ROOF TILE PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED OR
 PROVIDE COMPLETE DOCUMENTATION FROM 3M ADHESIVE
 MANUFACTURER FOR BUILDING OFFICIAL REVIEW FOR LOCAL
 PRODUCT APPROVAL TO BE USED WITH THIS TILE.
 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS AND FAC 61G20.3001.
  
 3- CLEARLY SPECIFY ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION THE
 BUILDING MEAN ROOF HEIGHT, ROOF SLOPE AND THE TOTAL
 ROOF TILE SQUARE FOOTAGE TO BE REPLACED AS REQUIRED BY
 CITY POLICY FOR ALL ROOFING PERMITS.
 NOTE: PERMIT APPLICATION STATES 20 S.F. THIS IS
 INCORRECT. IF YOU MEAN 20 SQUARES, THEN STILL IS
 INCORRECT SINCE THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THIS HOUSE
 IS 2106 S.F. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 4- PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. 107.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. ONLY ONE COPY WAS
 PROVIDED.
  
 5- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS LOW.
 VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, CONTRACTOR'S
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES (IF
 ANY) AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS. PLEASE
 PROVIDE COPY OF SIGNED CONTRACT.
