 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 AND WHAT IS REFERENCED ON THE FLOOR PLAN NEEDS
 CLARIFICATION. ON THE FLOOR PLAN IT STATES REMOVE TILE
 & INSTALL NEW TILE, KEEP TUB REPLACE VANITY AND TOILET.
 THE PERMIT APPLICATION UNDER THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK
 STATES CONVERT TUB TO SHOWER REPLACE SINK AND TOILET.
 DISCREPANCY IN THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK.
 W 2017 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATIVE CODE
 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 2) THE SUBMITTED FLOOR PLAN DOES HAVE THE CONTRACTOR
 INFORMATION ON THE PLAN BUT THE PLANS IS SMALLER THAN
 1/8 INCH SCALE AND THE CLARITY OF THE PLAN THE WRITTEN
 WORDS WILL NOT TRANSFER WHEN SCANNED INTO THE COMPUTER
 FOR RECORD RETENTION.
 W 2017 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATIVE CODE
 107.2.1.3 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING PLANS
 SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON
 SUBSTANTIAL PAPER. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH
 THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS
 AND SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO
 ITS RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. THIS POLICY
 MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE, SHAPE,
 CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO RECORDS
 MANAGEMENT. ELECTRONIC MEDIA MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH
 THE ARCHIVE REQUIREMENTS OF FLORIDA STATUTES.
  
 3) IF THE TUB IS BEING REMOVED AND A SHOWER STALL IS
 BEING INSTALLED PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017
 FBC-B SECTION 2509.1 WET AREAS AND 2509.2 BASE FOR TILE
 AND 2509.3 LIMITATIONS.
 2509.1. WET AREAS. SHOWERS AND PUBLIC TOILET WALLS
 SHALL CONFORM TO SECTION 1210.2.
  
 2509.2 BASE FOR TILE. MATERIALS USED AS A BASE FOR TUBS
 AND SHOWER AREAS AND WALL AND CEILING PANELS IN SHOWER
 AREAS SHALL BE OF MATERIALS LISTED IN TABLE 2509.2 AND
 INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURES
 RECOMMENDATIONS. WATER- RESISTANT GYPSUM BOARD SHALL BE
 USED AS A BASE FOR TILE IN WATER CLOSET COMPARTMENT
 WALLS WHEN INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH GA-216 OR ASTM
 C840 AND THE MANUFACTURERS RECOMMENDATIONS. REGULAR
 GYPSUM WALLBOARD IS PERMITTED UNDER TILE OR WALL PANELS
 IN OTHER WALL AND CEILING AREAS WHEN INSTALLED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH GA-216 OR ASTM C840.

 COMPARTMENTS.
 2) WHERE THERE WILL BE DIRECT EXPOSURE TO WATER OR IN
 AREAS SUBJECT TO CONTINUOUS HIGH HUMIDITY.
  
 4) THE FLOOR PLAN DOES NOT MAKE IT CLEAR IF THE TILE
 FLOORS ARE ALSO BEING REMOVED. IF SO THEN COMPLIANCE
 WITH NEW FLOOR TILE AND SOUND PROOFING WILL NEED TO
 SHOW COMPLIANCE.

 A DIMENSIONLESS NUMBER, DERIVED FROM VISUAL
 MEASUREMENTS OF THE SPREAD OF FLAME VERSUS TIME FOR A

 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
