 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. SEPERATE THE RESTRIPING PERMIT AND DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE PERMIT.
 2. PURSUANT ZLDR SEC. 94-315, OUTDOOR INCINERATORS,
 GARBAGE OR TRASH RECEPTACLES, FUEL OIL OR PROPANE
 TANKS, AND STORAGE RACKS SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED UNLESS
 APPROPRIATE SCREENING IS PROVIDED. SCREENING SHALL BE
 CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK, DECORATIVE CONCRETE, OTHER
 DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD AND
 STEEL. WALLS SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH SHRUBS AND HEDGES
 PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT INTERVALS. A FOUR-SIDED ENCLOSURE
 WITH AN OBSCURING GATE MAY BE REQUIRED AS A CONDITION
 FOR SITE PLAN APPROVAL. PLANS FOR THE LAYOUT OF TRASH
 RECEPTACLES SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MINIMUM
 REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN FIGURE XIV-3. THE PROVISIONS
 OF THIS SECTION SHALL NOT APPLY TO LITTER CONTAINERS
 PROVIDED FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF PEDESTRIANS. ALL AREAS
 FOR THE STORAGE AND DISPOSAL OF TRASH AND GARBAGE SHALL
 BE PAVED WITH CONCRETE SURFACE AS REQUIRED BY CITY
 ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT.
 3. THE PROPOSED PARKING LOT REQUIRES A SPECIAL USE,
 CLASS B APPLICATION. ALSO, THE PROPOSED PARKING LOT
 DOES NOT MEETING THE ZONING CODE STANDARDS. A SEPERATE
 LANDSCAPING PLAN MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH CONCURRENTLY
 WITH THE PROPOSED PARKING LOT.
  
 PURSUANT ZLDR SEC. 94-273(54),
 A. ADDITIONAL APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS.
 1.A LANDSCAPE PLAN PREPARED PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442.
 B.ADDITIONAL STANDARDS.
 1.STORAGE OF VEHICLES IS PROHIBITED.
 2.ALL PRINCIPAL AND ACCESSORY STRUCTURES, UNLESS
 SPECIFICALLY APPROVED BY THE REVIEW AUTHORITY, ARE
 PROHIBITED
 NERSHIP PROVISIONS OF OFF-SITE PARKING SPACES SHALL BE
 MADE PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485.
 3.OFF-SITE PARKING LOTS SHALL BE ALLOWED ONLY AS AN
 ACCESSORY TO A PERMITTED USE.
 4.ENTRANCES AND CURB CUTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
 94-313(2).
 5.THE PARKING AREA SHALL BE SURFACED PURSUANT TO
 SECTION 94-485.
 6.ALL PLANS FOR PARKING LOTS SHALL BE INSPECTED BY THE
 CITY ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT AND MUST COMPLY WITH ALL
 THE REGULATIONS IN THIS SUBSECTION IN ADDITION TO
 SIDEWALKS AND CONCRETE DRIVEWAY APPROACHES AND IN A
 MANNER AS PRESCRIBED BY THE BUILDING CODE. WHEN
 NECESSARY, WALLS, SWALES, AND/OR PLANTING AREAS SHALL
 BE INSTALLED TO PROTECT ADJOINING PROPERTY OWNERS FROM
 FLOODING, GLARING LIGHTS, AND NOISE.
 7.A LANDSCAPE BUFFER AT LEAST FIVE FEET WIDE, SHALL BE
 PROVIDED ALONG ALL PROPERTY LINES, HOWEVER, THE ZONING
 BOARD OF APPEALS MAY WAIVE THIS REQUIREMENT FOR
 PROPERTY LINES ABUTTING A DEDICATED ALLEY. ALL PLANTS,
 SHRUBS, AND TREES SHALL BE PLANTED AND MAINTAINED
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442.
 8.IF THE PARKING LOT AREA IS USED FOR CUSTOMER PARKING
 IT SHALL BE OPERATED AND OPEN FOR USE ONLY DURING THE
 CUSTOMARY BUSINESS HOURS OF THE USE OF PARKING PATRON'S
 PASSENGER VEHICLES. NO FEE SHALL BE CHARGED FOR THE USE
 OF SUCH OFF-STREET PARKING FACILITY.
 9.LIGHTING FACILITIES, IF PROVIDED, SHALL BE SO
 ARRANGED AS TO REFLECT AWAY FROM ANY ADJACENT
 RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT OR ANY RESIDENTIAL USE
 LOCATED IN A CITY CENTER ZONING DISTRICT SO AS NOT TO
 CAUSE ANY ANNOYING GLARE TO THE ADJACENT PROPERTY.
 15.OWNERSHIP PROVISIONS OF OFF-SITE PARKING SPACES
 SHALL BE MADE PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485.
