 2017 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATIVE CODE SECTION 107.3.5
 MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW CRITERIA FOR BUILDINGS. THE
 EXAMINATION OF THE DOCUMENTS BY
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
 MINIMUM CRITERIA AND DOCUMENTS: SURVEY.
  
 2) THE SITE PLAN PROVIDED IN THIS SUBMITTAL PACKAGE
 SHOWS A BUILDING STRUCTURE ON THE LOT. THE CORNER LOT
 (PCN: 74-43-43-04-04-018-0170) IS CURRENTLY A VACANT
 LOT OWNED BY MIGUEL ROBLERO. THERE IS A SECOND VACANT
 LOT (PCN 74-43-43-0404-0018-0200) OWNED BY JOHN PETROU.
 A BUILDING IS LOCATED ON THE LOT ADDRESSED 4604
 BROADWAY ALSO OWNED BY JOHN PETROU. IT WOULD APPEAR THE
 PROPOSED PLAN SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT
 COVERS 3 LOTS BY 2 DIFFERENT OWNERS, IS THIS CORRECT?
 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.

 AS ROADWAY, IT WOULD APPEAR THIS IS WITHIN THE PROPOSED
 PARKING LOT AND NOT ROADWAY? 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 4) SUBMITTED ALSO FOR THIS REVIEW IS AN 8 ? X 11 INCH
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING DETAIL. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS DRAWN BY
 LARRY SCHNEIDER, AIA. PLEASE NOTE THIS DETAIL DOES NOT
 MEET THE SPACING OF THE WEST PALM BEACH MUNI CODE.
 CITY ACCESSIBLE PARKING STANDARD. AN ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SPACE AND ACCESS AISLE, PLEASE SEE THE 2017
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 502.3.3 MARKING. ACCESS AISLES
 SHALL BE MARKED SO AS TO DISCOURAGE PARKING IN THEM.
 THE ACCESS AISLE MUST BE STRIPED DIAGONALLY TO
 DESIGNATE IT AS A NO-PARKING ZONE.
  
 ADVISORY 502.3.3 MARKING. THE METHOD AND COLOR OF
 MARKING ARE NOT SPECIFIED BY THESE REQUIREMENTS BUT MAY
 BE ADDRESSED BY STATE OR LOCAL LAWS OR REGULATIONS.
 BECAUSE THESE REQUIREMENTS PERMIT THE VAN ACCESS AISLE
 TO BE AS WIDE AS A PARKING SPACE, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT
 THE AISLE BE CLEARLY MARKED. FLORIDA
 LAW, S.553.5041(5)(C)1., REQUIRES DIAGONAL STRIPING OF
 ACCESS AISLES.
 THE CITY OF W. P. B. MUNI CODE ARTICLE XV 94-485
 PARKING PROVIDES A DOUBLE LINED DIMENSIONED PARKING
 STALL DETAIL.
  
 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
