 4A) SHEET A-1 THE FLOOR PLAN SHOWS BENEATH THE
 STAIRWELL A NEW AHU-2 UNIT. THE WALLS AROUND THE
 STAIRWELL ARE SHOWN AS WALL TYPE G A ONE-HOUR FIRE
 RATED WALL, BUT THERE IS NO MENTION AS TO THE FIRE
 RATING OF THE CEILING UNDER THE STAIRWELL. SEE 2017

 INSPECTION. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AMERICAN WELDING

 OF THE FINISH FLOOR. THERE ARE DETAILS 1-7, B & C BUT
 NONE OF THESE DETAILS PROVIDE THE 2ND FLOOR FINISH
 FLOOR OR TOP OF JOIST ELEVATION. THIS WILL BE CRITICAL
 TO BE ABLE TO DETERMINE THE PROPOSED HEIGHTS OF THE
 STEEL STUD LOAD BEARING WALLS AS WE LL AS THE HEIGHTS
 OF THE C1 COLUMN TYPES. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL

 15D) IN THE DETAIL B THERE IS A JOIST THAT APPEARS TO
 RUN NORTH TO SOUTH AND THE JOIST ATTACHES TO THE EMBED

 SITUATION IT WOULD APPEAR HAPPENS TWICE, AT EACH OF THE
 C-1 COLUMNS. THERE IS NO JOIST SIZE AT THE DETAIL B NOR
 ON THE JOIST LAYOUT PLAN. THE 2ND ISSUE WITH THIS
 DETAIL THERE IS NO CONNECTION INFORMATION, IS THE
 CONNECTION A WELD, BOLT AND OR SELF DRILLING SCREW?

 15E) QUESTION, AS TO WHAT TYPE OF FRAMING IS OVER THE

 (LINTEL) TO HELP TRANSFER THE WIND LOADS THAT ARE BEING
 TRANSFERRED INTO THE FRAMING MEMBER ABOVE, PART OF THE

 DETAIL MAKES IT SOUND AS IF THE BEAM AND COLUMN ARE TO

 BY THE PBC IMPACT FEE OFFICE. CALL (561) 233-5025. UPON
 APPROVAL, YOU MAY CHECK OUT ONE PLAN SET AND TAKE TO
 THAT OFFICE FOR REVIEW. PLEASE RETURNED STAMPED AND
 WITH A COPY OF THE RECEIPT AS APPLICABLE. PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE MUNICIPAL IMPACT FEE QUESTIONNAIRE FORM TO
 THE PBC IMPACT FEE OFFICE. THE FORM CAN BE FOUND AT:

 17) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE
 REVISION & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES
 AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED

 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
