 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SURVEY SHOWS AREA TO BE REPAIRED IN RED LINE.
 ASPHALT REPAIR, SEALCOAT AND RESTRIPE TO EXISTING AREA.
 THE PLAN DOES SHOW 2 AREAS MARKED AS H/C SPACE BUT THE
 PLAN ALSO SHOWS ALL PARKING SPACES AS SINGLE LINE
 STRIPING.
 PLEASE REVIEW THE CITY ACCESSIBLE PARKING STANDARD. AN
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE AND ACCESS AISLE, PLEASE SEE
 THE 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 502.3.3 MARKING. ACCESS
 AISLES SHALL BE MARKED SO AS TO DISCOURAGE PARKING IN
 THEM. THE ACCESS AISLE MUST BE STRIPED DIAGONALLY TO
 DESIGNATE IT AS A NO-PARKING ZONE.
  
 ADVISORY 502.3.3 MARKING. THE METHOD AND COLOR OF
 MARKING ARE NOT SPECIFIED BY THESE REQUIREMENTS BUT MAY
 BE ADDRESSED BY STATE OR LOCAL LAWS OR REGULATIONS.
 BECAUSE THESE REQUIREMENTS PERMIT THE VAN ACCESS AISLE
 TO BE AS WIDE AS A PARKING SPACE, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT
 THE AISLE BE CLEARLY MARKED. FLORIDA
 LAW, S.553.5041(5)(C)1., REQUIRES DIAGONAL STRIPING OF
 ACCESS AISLES.
 THE CITY OF W. P. B. MUNI CODE ARTICLE XV 94-485
 PARKING PROVIDES A DOUBLE LINED DIMENSIONED PARKING
 STALL DETAIL.
