 PLUMBING COMMENTS: DENIED
 1) SHEET 1 PALM BEACH HOUSE FLOOR PLAN OF UNIT NOT TO
 SCALE, SMALLER THAN 1/8 INCH SCALE. 2017 WEST PALM
 BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER
 1 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 107.2.1.3 QUALITY OF BUILDING
 PLANS. BUILDING PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8
 INCH SCALE UPON SUBSTANTIAL PAPER. THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL POLICY,
 OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER
 TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM.
 2) PER WPB FBC 107.2.1, PROVIDE OWNER?S NAME AND FULL
 ADDRESS INCLUDING UNIT ON EACH PLAN SHEET.
 3) PER WPB FBC 107.2.1, PROVIDE SEQUENCE NUMBERING OF
 PLANS AND INDICATE EXISTING AND PROPOSED PLANS.
  
 4) IF THE INTENT IS TO REPLACE THE BATHTUB WITH A
 SHOWER, THEN PER WPB FBC 107.2.1 AND FBC PL SECTION
 417, PROVIDE AN ELEVATION DETAIL OF SHOWER STALL
 SHOWING;
  
 A) DRAIN PIPE THROUGH THE FLOOR; SPECIFY TYPE OF
 MATERIAL TO BE USED AND THAT WHICH IT IS CONNECTING TO
 BELOW THE SLAB
 B) DRAIN BODY WITH CLAMPING MEMBRANE
 C) SHOWER LINING TO A POINT 2 INCHES ABOVE THE TOP OF
 THE THRESHOLD; SPECIFY MATERIAL TYPE. REFERENCE FBC PL
 417.5.2.1 THROUGH 417.5.2.6 FOR APPROVED MATERIAL
 TYPES.
 D) PITCH OF MINIMUM 2% FROM WALLS/CURB TO DRAIN BETWEEN
 SLAB AND LINER
 E) INDICATE HOW FLOOR PENETRATION WILL BE FIRESAFED.
  
 5) PER WPB FBC 107.2.1, PROVIDE AN ENLARGED,
 DIMENSIONED FLOOR PLAN OF THE PROPOSED REMODELED
 BATHROOM. (8-1/2 X 11 SIZE PAPER IS SUFFICIENT)
  
 A) PROVIDE FINISH INSIDE DIMENSIONS OF THE SHOWER
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH FBC PL 417.4.
 B) COMPLY WITH FBC PL 405.3.1; WATER CLOSET SHALL NOT
 BE CLOSER THAN 15 INCHES FROM IT?S CENTER TO ANY SIDE
 WALL, VANITY, OR OTHER OBSTRUCTION AND NO LESS THAN 30
 INCHES CLEAR BETWEEN TWO FIXTURES
  
 6) PROVIDE PRINTED NAME OF DESIGNER AND SIGNATURE OF
 THE SAME ON EACH PLAN. WPB FBC 107.3.4.3 CERTIFICATION
 BY CONTRACTOR. PLEASE NOTE THE EXCEPTION TO ENGINEERED
 PLANS UNDER 471.003(H) ELECTRICAL/ PLUMBING/
 MECHANICAL, 481.229(1)(C) (BUILDING) REQUIRES THE
 CONTRACTOR FOR THAT TRADE THAT WILL BE LICENSED IN THAT
 TRADE, WILL ALSO BE THE CONTRACTOR THAT DESIGNS THE
 SYSTEM UNDER THAT TRADE. FOR EACH TRADE THE CONTRACTOR
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN UNDER THE TRADE LICENSED IN
 MUST PRINT THEIR NAME, SIGN THEIR NAME AND LICENSE
 NUMBER, NOTE THESE PLANS APPEAR TO BE DRAWN BY ONE
 INDUVIAL, THEY WOULD HAVE TO BE LICENSED AS A BUILDING,
 ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING CONTRACTOR TO SUBMIT ALL THESE
 TRADES UNDER ONE SHEET.
 7) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.

 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.

 PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER OR ARCHITECT, THE PLUMBING PLAN
 SHALL BEAR THE PRINTED NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE
